A coalition between ANC, EFF, PA, UDM, IFP, COPE, AIC and Al Jama-ah. You're misunderstanding the misplaced anger part. The current problem is that Rand Water cannot meet the current demand for Johannesburg. They supply the water and Johannesburg Water buys it to supply us. 🤷🏾
