This guy takes a megaphone and says “I have a message from the president”. You can’t see it but there is a guy in black with a black backpack either handing him a phone or clarifying a question he had. He’s reading a tweet by Trump from 2:24pm. Effectively he’s telling them to keep fighting.
It is the heart of the Stop the Steal rallies, this was the third. They were told to come that day to stop the certification of the ballots and told they had to be sent back to the states with “a corrected set of facts, not the false ones or inaccurate ones they were previously asked to certify”
For the record, THIS IS NOT A THING.
Trump told them to come to the Capitol to occupy the building “1776 Returns” and stop the certification. They were chanting ‘decertify” ALSO, not a thing.
They are signaling this with the Alaska lawsuit. Pay attention. NONE of this is legal. I believe they will challenge every swing state a democrat wins. This footage was used by the January 6 committee and the second impeachment trail. #vote

Police in Virginia are being sued by the mother of a man who died in custody despite his repeated requests to go to the hospital.
Allan Tucker II, 32, was arrested for alleged public intoxication and was left in a police cruiser outside the jail for roughly 45 minutes before anyone noticed he was unresponsive.
Body camera footage corroborated his requests for help.
An independent policing auditor confirmed that officers violated policy by disregarding his medical requests.
The arresting officer physically drove past Inova Alexandria Hospital while Tucker was actively pleading to be taken there, and then Tucker was left alone in the back of a patrol car for a long period of time.
This was an intentional decision by the Alexandria Police Department to prioritize incarceration over immediate, life-saving medical care that was just minutes away.
Prosecutors declined to pursue criminal charges.
