At our press conference during Zoholics Nigeria 2025, we announced 75% growth in our Nigerian customer base in 2024, driven by strong demand for @ZohoWorkplace, @ZohoBooks , @ZohoCampaigns , and @ZohoOne. We also unveiled an AI privacy study by Arion Research, which showed that 93% of Nigerian organisations have adopted AI, over half are in full deployment, 84% have strengthened privacy protocols, 94% have dedicated privacy officers or teams, and 40% allocate more than 30% of their IT budgets to governance. While challenges such as limited expertise and privacy concerns remain, many organisations are addressing them through AI literacy and upskilling. Commenting on the findings, Kehinde Ogundare, Country Head of Zoho Nigeria, said: “The latest study around AI and privacy proves that Nigerian businesses are leading the way in responsible AI adoption, as they temper the new technology with privacy measures.
