Sixth, everyone! I've seen a lot of judgemet, from readers and writers, towards writers who ask not to be included in the drives. Please don't do this. There are legal concerns now that there weren't before. Please respect people so they can keep themselves safe (hopefully).

Readers, please understand that many writers ONLY post on AO3 b/c AO3 allows everything and has legal protecting other sites don't. When you share/reupload people's writing elsewhere, you're opting that writing in to a TOS that the writer didn't agree to.

So this is NOT targeting black creators from AO3, this is targeting ALL AO3 writers exactly like ao3 (dot) life did. I saw the works of non-black friends listed here. The website even asks for the email you used to create AO3. This is ao3 (dot) life all over again. @AO3_Status
It's not enough we just had that mess with ao3.life now we have another one targeting specifically black creators from ao3. I've found 3 of my usernames and fics I'd orphaned or put on private on this site.

The ao3 dot life has been taken down but now blk-archiveofourown dot org is now up and actively loading our works.
We NEED to find that source and cut it or they're gonna keep making more.

So just a heads up on this: There are a number of LLCs that were registered yesterday and all mysteriously scraping and creating similar sites that all have the same cache of our materials. The newest offender has yet to "load in batches", meaning they are actively making more.

We have a third: ficatlas dot com. Registered in August likely as a test run. Curiously each of these is from Cloudflare in some fashion but every single one has an IANA code.

google's harsh policy is exactly why we're saying don't create these drives. no one needs to report a drive for google to notice there's new public folders with millions of views and they contain sexual content (against tos). you're putting us all at risk!
