My plan for #nanowrimo2021 is several short stories and several flashes. That's the best I can do right now and I don't want to begin a new novel with two drafts awaiting completion. Anyone else doing something similar? #flashfiction #amwritingfantasy #amwriting #vss365

I probably can't commit to the usual #nanowrimo2021 50,000 words goal in November. I'm considering doing one ~4000-word short story per week & maybe some flashes instead. Has anyone else ever broken the law but not the spirit of the event? Suggestions & writing partners welcome

Mage-Pilot Anlyn could only stare at the #rivulet of condensation that ran down the control panel a few inches before freezing. The escape pod felt like a coffin, cold and dark with the regret of treachery. The pod thumped as a tractor beam dragged her toward judgement. #vss365

#writingcommunity Is anyone doing the July Camp Nanowrimo? How does it work? I've got to reboot my writing habit and thought this might be a good way to do it.

Coms are jammed! ~Cobra Squadron~ Anlyn sent #telepathic orders to her pilots. ~Focus on the Mage-Admiral's cruiser~ In perfect formation, the Cobras targeted the enemy. Missiles dropped & the ship was gone. Anlyn smiled coldly. Mage squadron leaders are a huge advantage. #vss365
