DMK Potential

Following the resignation of the Chief Executive Officer, the complications as to the future financial stability of the charity, and the insufficient time capacity of the Board, the Trustees, being the sole members of the CIO, have proposed that DMK Potential is officially wound up and subsequently dissolved in-line with the relevant clauses within its constitution. It is, therefore, that DMK Potential (charity number 1192571) is no longer operating and is being removed from the Register of Charities.
