1 week, 7 athletes, every constraint counted before and after. 5 went up, 2 stayed flat, 0 went down. Keep the flat counts on the sheet. They show you where the work still is.

Tyler's cycle is 1 read: the defender, before the first move. 8 live 1-on-1 possessions, I scored the clip. 7 of 8 clean. Film 8 live possessions. Score 1 thing: did you read the defender before your first move?

Watch the first number. Aila's Pressure Execution constraint, scored late. Day 8: 2 of 5 before, 4 of 5 after. Day 15: 4 of 5 before, 5 of 5 after. Next workout, count the first 5 before you coach the rep.

This checkpoint scored DJ's Decision Quality on 1 question: did he move the defender where he wanted him? Slow hesi into a first-step burst, then the bump. Day 7, me guarding: 3 of 5 before, 4 of 5 after. Next possession you watch, ask the same question.

San Francisco has one of the most fascinating rosters in college basketball, with 14 newcomers and 11 freshmen.
