thinking about everyone we’ve lost this year and i just have no words. heaven gained some beautiful angels but i can’t help but wish we were still blessed with their presence on earth.

over the past month ive visited 4 states, hiked almost 100 miles across various national parks, and i feel the healthiest physically/mentally than ive ever been in my entire life :-)
