When you aren’t conforming or you’re innovating by spiting in the face of the incumbents … you either die misunderstood or live long enough to get your flowers 🌺

So many are worried about looking “cringey”... You know what’s really cringey? Worrying about what other people think and letting the fear of losing keep you from trying in the first place. So many of you are so scared of being boo-ed that you never get started.
Your embarrassment is your advantage.
Whatever it is that you want to do, please don’t allow yourself to be at the mercy of other people’s opinions.
You choose. You choose who you listen to. You choose who you are surrounding yourself with. You choose to believe in YOU.
Why are you taking somebody else’s opinion about yourself greater than your opinion about yourself?
If you take anything from this, know that you have to believe in yourself first.

Great message from Gary here. If you want to be a content creator, you have to put yourself out there and not be afraid of looking dumb or cringy. Just get started. Take a chance on yourself.

One of the best to ever do it. This video is why he’s the best - Ernie Johnson understands the connection people have with those they watch for years of their lives - and his honesty and relatability and goodness are why he’s been so successful. Will miss seeing him all season long but am happy he’s doing what is right for him now.
Love you Ernie and thanks for keeping us company all these years.
Hey @PredsNHL I think its time to welcome @ashemusic to a game on the band stage. She calls Nashville her home so why not Smashville as well? @PREDSident @MadamPREDSident
