This hits close to the heart of the problem. The fact that one can’t even say, in certain circles, that many Americans on the right are not fans of the conflict in Iran (but also not intrinsically anti-Israel and certainly not pro-Iran/Islamist) without immediately getting pejoratives hurled one’s way is a problem. The neocon surge since that conflict started is a bubble in which a host of assumptions that have long since been rejected in the Trump era resurfaced as if self-evident truths. Make no mistake, this is going to lead to that bubble popping, as people misread the situation: those assumptions have no solid support on the right anymore. And that will, in turn, lead to more misunderstandings and fallout. Thinking about a realistic path forward in the midst of this mess on the right, which will likely only get much worse after the midterms, was why I went to Jerusalem recently and gave this speech: americanmind.org/salvo/israe…

This is the definition of chutzpah. I really try to stay out of these GOP intramural fights, but the biggest reason that the GOP is struggling electorally at the moment is not because they are pandering to "podcastistan" but because we are engaged in an extraordinarily unpopular war that Ben and his friends championed (I'm not making a judgement of the correctness or incorrectness of that war--just of its popularity-- and the massive unpopularity of the downstream effects of that war, especially higher gas prices-- particularly with swing voters.) THAT is what the numbers say, in about 100 different ways. Rather than be really f***ing quiet, as anyone with any sense would do in this situation, Ben thinks it's smart to double down and deflect blame to the most important person in Trump's circle that opposed this war, precisely because Ben doesn't trust Vance's views on another country in the Middle East that occupies an unhealthy amount of Ben's attention. Ben is too smart to go full Mark Levin, but if he doesn't understand that this sort of rhetoric and blame deflection is totally counterproductive in maintaining our coalition, he is going to eventually find that out the hard way.

You may have noticed that modern pigs don't look like the pigs you used to see in drawings. That's because they've been bred for growth at all costs. Our Mangalitsa have ancient genetics, going back to the Habsburg family. You can see it. Our pigs look like the old paintings.

I know most of you don't know what NatCon is or who Matt Peterson (@docmjp) is, but his speech at NatCon Jerusalem is worth a look so we can understand how the New Right he has helped build thinks about this crucial issue. A deep dive:

Story Time. Back in 2020, @ssharmaUS read a @theammind essay and was inspired to found @americanmoment. “A few thousand experienced and competent staffers are the bedrock of any political movement.” Ten years ago, MAGA had no one in Washington D.C. except President Trump. Today, there are thousands. Ten years from now there will be thousands more. Will you be one of them? semafor.com/article/10/21/20…

I don’t think people know this story but when my Trad Cath farmer buddy in Louisiana got cancelled by all the New Orleans restaurants who bought his chickens and foie gras, Andrew came out of nowhere, bought a shit of chickens and then came to New Orleans to cook for a whole Catholic congregation and monks. He did 3 courses. He also supplied the wine. Crazy time for him and his team. They flew in the day-of, went shopping, then prepped, then cooked, served, met with Friar Anthony briefly, cleaned up, and flew out the next day. I don't really understand how they managed all of that. Andrew Gruel is one of the few truly class acts in America.

I do not disagree with this. The fork in the road is clear. Either something is done or not. But more people see it and demand something be done. Which increases the chances that someone who can - or who gets to a place soon who can - will.
With all due respect to Matt and the great work done at American Mind, I believe it's important to put things in a better perspective. Just because more people are aware of leftists, at the highest levels, making plans to conduct a coup if Republicans win too many elections or dare to exercise power, does not mean we are in a better place. If the current government is not going to prosecute these people, it reveals leftist NGOs, and not the government, are sovereign. When coups are planned by leftist NGOs in plain sight, this is the message normies get, loud and clear. Not a win. The current administration is faced with a difficult decision. Prosecute and go to war with the current leftist regime, or do nothing and abdicate sovereignty, in plain sight, for everyone to see.

EXC: A French group promoting October’s protests belongs to the same international revolutionary network as American activists organizing against ICE—and explicitly promoted their Minneapolis tactics for use in France. The French organization is Révolution Permanente. Its American counterpart is Left Voice. Their own September report describes international strategy discussions covering Left Voice’s organizing against ICE and at New York’s CUNY. Then, on October 9, Révolution Permanente published an essay urging France’s student and labor movements to learn from Minneapolis. It repeatedly cited Left Voice activist Sou Mi while praising neighborhood Signal groups, patrols tracking ICE agents, roadblocks checking vehicles, and noise protests outside agents’ hotels. “This lesson is important for the French movement,” the essay stated.

There’s no better way to prepare for the next two years than reading (or rereading) Angelo Codevilla. “Donald Trump’s reelection would reduce the intersectionals’ confidence a bit and give the Right side of American life a bit more leeway as it chooses new leadership... But it would not end our revolution any more than the ruling class’s victory would. The revolution’s essentials would remain and its logic would continue to unfold. The ruling class, having failed peaceably and hence firmly to establish oligarchy, remains pressed by the deplorables on one side and its chosen intersectional instruments on the other. It dares not try dismounting the tiger it rides.” americanmind.org/salvo/revol…

The difference between now and then is very good. Now, we have @DataRepublican and a host of others exposing their “color revolution” strategy and tactics in real time to a larger audience. Back then, it was @DarrenJBeattie and @RevolverNewsUSA and very few others, with @TuckerCarlson as the notable mainstream exception. But the base was hungry for info. This article by Michael Anton went viral for @theammind in 2020. Now, people are far more aware. Which we must be—for what’s coming in the next two years.

Here's a better question. Why are you defending the wrongful prosecution of a Trump supporter who is seen on video a mile away from the crime he was accused of? Have J6ers not endured enough of this already?

amazing how they don’t even pretend elon committed a crime, because they know it doesn’t matter if he did. they’ll find something. the point is just they really hate him, and when democrats really hate someone he belongs in prison.
On the Bulwak podcast, Kara Swisher says Elon might already be in jail under Kamala Harris, and "he knows what's coming for him." Another one to put in the "what Democrats plan to do if they take power" file: "If Donald Trump loses the House and the Senate, I would worry. I'd be worried if I were him." "So they're going to start investigating again. You think he's not on the list? He's at the top of that list." "He has a very big sense of fate. And I think it's coming for him. And real hard." They're all just saying this stuff out loud now. There are no secrets about what they want to do.

This is a good read from a good friend of mine.
Democrats are running a multi-front subversion play ahead of the midterms—and they’re not even subtle about it. First, the fake polls. Wedgewood Polls just admitted (after being exposed by FiftyPlusOne) that the vast majority of its surveys were completely fabricated. They crowdfunded money, shared “raw data,” and got cited by the NYT, MS NOW, and others. Those numbers were used to push “tied” or Dem-leading narratives in key races. One Mississippi poll that Scott Colom’s campaign heavily amplified? Fake. The “social experiment” excuse is a coverup for them knowingly attempting to shift public opinion one single way. LEFT- Like Pravda Second, the spoiler candidates. Principled Patriots PAC is funding third-party (mostly Libertarian) candidates in competitive Senate races in Iowa, Texas, Alaska, Kansas, Ohio, and Michigan—and House races in places like Colorado and North Carolina. The money trail: $250k from Building America, which got its funds from Rapid Resist Action, a Democratic-aligned nonprofit. In Iowa they’re backing Thomas Laehn against Ashley Hinson. This is textbook vote-splitting designed to peel off just enough Republicans to flip tight seats. The Washington Examiner laid it out clearly. Third, the prediction markets. Polymarket and Kalshi are now central to how “momentum” gets defined. Large, coordinated volume can move prices, shape media coverage, and influence donor/volunteer behavior in real time. When fake polls and spoiler candidates are already in the mix, these markets become another lever for narrative control rather than pure information discovery. Taken together, this isn’t organic politics. It’s Democrat RICK- systematic interference: fabricated data fed into the information ecosystem, dark-money-backed spoilers in swing states, and market activity that can amplify both. Wire fraud, campaign finance violations, and potential election interference statutes are all on the table when you manufacture false information and deploy it to move votes and markets. washingtonexaminer.com/news/…
