@British_Airways received email asking to check in all bags. Arrived at Malpensa airport one hour before. BA staff walked past us leaving an empty desk, no message to help. Awful ticket desk customer service, told to buy a £450 new ticket to get home. Stressful, rude & shocking.
@British_Airways No one has got back to me at all in 2 weeks? I have always been loyal to BA but this time you really take the biscuit. You ruined the end of our holiday, charged us £500, costs us £160
I’m lost luggage, £50 in airport pick up and then you don’t respond? Robbery.

Happy for @QPR but Weddings still limited to 15 😔 So you can go to a football match or a business conference, get drunk there and at a pub afterwards, get off with a colleague (or a complete stranger) - what difference? #whataboutweddings @paulscullymp @RishiSunak @BorisJohnson

Thank you @MajorCBS @CBSSunday. This is a defining yet complex time in our history. A crucial point to remember: We've been through tough times before—Revolution, Civil War, Depression, WWII, & we came through even stronger. History provides perspective & lessons. It gives hope.
Very happy with this piece - great as always to work with @CBSSunday team.

This is a really important meeting. As well as CW9, we’ll be making decisions on progressing Workplace Parking Levy proposals to support a new Brentford to Southall rail link and the council’s response to Heathrow expansion consultation #AirQuality #ClimateEmergency #PublicHealth
Then can I mention that the @LBofHounslow cabinet will be making a critical decision on Cycleway 9 at a meeting at 7pm, Tuesday 3 September at the Civic Centre, 7 Bath Rd, Hounslow, TW3 3EB.

When haters go after your looks and differences, it means they have nowhere left to go. And then you know you’re winning!
I have Aspergers and that means I’m sometimes a bit different from the norm. And - given the right circumstances- being different is a superpower.

We now live in a country where a man who was recently U.K. Justice Secretary in a Tory government is writing to the Attorney General and Lord Chancellor to ask for confirmation the government supports the rule of law. If people don’t wake up fast we are heading to a v dark place
