Astra is the name AI is talking about right now. But it goes way beyond one model. Space startups, streaming studios, satellite companies, astronomy apps, creator platforms: every Astra brand needs a home for its video. AstraVideo .com is ready for one of them ✨

Looks like there's a solid market for both .ai and .si 👍
Funds just came in for a six-figure .si transaction our team helped negotiate. A few five-figure sales have closed recently too. To be clear: demand for .ai still far exceeds demand for .si, and much of the early .si activity was speculative. But we are starting to see end users paying real money. Whether this becomes a durable market or stays a handful of outliers is anyone's guess. Still very early, but worth watching.

Really helpful to see the interaction between buyer and seller for the domain, thanks 🙏
Bin was 10,000 according to my 10k fixed price experiment. Chronology of Domain Sale Negotiations October 28, 2026 3:52 PM – An initial offer of $2,500 was received. October 30, 2026 7:40 AM – A counteroffer of $6,000 was submitted, with the buyer responsible for the full commission. Net amount to the seller: $6,000. 12:52 PM – The buyer responded that the requested price exceeded their budget. 12:53 PM – The buyer submitted a counteroffer of $4,000, proposing to split the 10% Spaceship commission equally. The seller would receive $3,800 after a $200 commission deduction. 5:19 PM – The $4,000 offer was declined. 5:21 PM – The seller reiterated the minimum price of $6,000, with no commission deducted from the seller's proceeds. The seller also explicitly stated that no other offers or alternative arrangements would be considered. 5:36 PM – The buyer submitted a new offer of $5,500, initially proposing that the seller cover the entire 10% commission ($550), resulting in net proceeds of $4,950. 5:37 PM – The buyer immediately revised the $5,500 offer, agreeing to cover the full commission so the seller would receive $5,500. The buyer stated that this amount could be approved and paid the same day. 6:06 PM – The $5,500 offer was declined. The seller once again confirmed that the minimum acceptable price remained $6,000 and that no other offers or alternatives would be considered. 6:15 PM – The buyer submitted a counteroffer matching the seller's requested price of $6,000, with the buyer covering the full commission. The buyer requested acceptance of the offer so it could be forwarded to their manager for final approval.

I quite like BlueVespa as a brand name despite the obvious issues with the name.

Nice work Robert and I know why some people use Substack but it's not the same without your own domain like NewYork with the dot Food TLD 🍔

Yep profitable domain investing is quite simple when you break it down into those 3 basic rules Owen. 💰💰💰
I’ve finally discovered the secret to successful domain investing. 1. Buy domains people want. 2. Sell them for more than you paid. 3. Don’t spend all your profits buying more domains nobody wants. Step three appears to be the tricky one.
