Moment I won't forget: It hit hard, our hometown was honoring the 2026 U.S. Olympic Figure Skating Team in the Colorado Springs Sports Hall of Fame. Years of injuries, comebacks, and sacrifice led here. Thank you to teammates, coaches, Mom, Dad. Congrats Bobby Purify.
Airports are where my best ideas happen, probably the overpriced coffee.
Fun stretch ahead: coaching in Boston, speaking in Chicago , then off to Scotland for a competition.
Coaching and competing are the same work, show up, build trust, encourage growth! See you around!
Hit a curb, got a flat, changed the tire, kept working, then a rainbow showed up. In one breath I went from frustrated to okay. Mistakes (my fault) are annoying, but they don't cancel the day. Breathe, look up, keep going.

Soooo apparently, Sharks have existed on this planet longer than trees and for some reason that is far more shocking to me than aliens supposedly being real! What is life?! 🙃🤓

Every time I go to a competition I feel like I learn so much about myself. No matter the outcome, we learn about our strengths, our weaknesses and where we have grown from the last time. Today on National #GetUp day… instagram.com/p/B8CMwzEp7-T/…
