What’s your declaration for this? Drop it and see God approves it 🔥
DECLARATION FOR THE WEEK 🙏 I declare that this week will not swallow anyone’s joy. May sickness give way to healing, confusion give way to clarity, and stagnation give way to progress. May help locate those who have been struggling silently. We shall testify of God’s goodness, in Jesus name. ❤️

I will not want to go into a relationship or marriage if I have nothing doing for myself. I should be earning money so that at a time when my partner has no money coming in, I will be able to support him and lift him up again. If I'm a liability and he loses his job at that time, it will be so difficult for us to grow again. You lost your job, I'm supporting you till you find your feet again. I'm broke at some moment in our relationship, you'll support me also. That's the kind of partnership everyone should hold on to in a relationship and in marriage.
If your partner lost their job and couldn't afford your current lifestyle, would you stay and build together or leave? Be honest.

One thing I have learned from running a business is that anytime you go against the structure you have laid down for your brand just to satisfy a customer, it hardly ends well. Let me tell you what happened. A customer had ordered from us five different times, and we successfully delivered all her orders without any issues. Why? Because we use registered Logistics like GUO or GIGL, etc. I insist on using registered logistics companies because when anything happens to an order, there is a proper channel to trace it. It gives us accountability and significantly reduces delivery complaints from customers. A missing order can be traced too. Now, this same customer placed her sixth order last week and insisted that she wanted it delivered the next day. My staff explained to her that it wasn’t possible, but she kept insisting. In a bid to satisfy her, my people went all the way to Zuba to waybill her order through another means so she could receive it the next day. Anyone living in Abuja knows how far Zuba is from Kubwa. We went out of our way to satisfy her. My people, that was where the problem started. Her order arrived in Benin, and she was charged a store keeper fee. Do you know she called us to pay for it. Chineke, there’s nothing I won’t see in this business. As if that wasn’t enough, she came back with another complaint. She said her Kuli Kuli was missing. Meanwhile, we have proper records of everything packaged and sent to her. We even took pictures of her order before dispatch. She insisted that we must refund her money and went ahead to condemn our brand. Just imagine? This is someone who had successfully ordered from us FIVE TIMES without any issues. The sixth time, we decided to bend our rules to accommodate her request, and suddenly, everything became a problem. NEVER AGAIN! This experience has reinforced something I have always believed. As a business owner, never allow the pressure to satisfy a customer make you abandon the structure that protects your business. Those policies were not created to punish customers. They were created from years of experience, mistakes, losses, and lessons. Going forward, all our deliveries must go through our approved registered logistics companies. If you insist on using an alternative delivery arrangement against our recommendation, you must accept the risks involved. I love my customers, and I will always go the extra mile to give them value for their money. But I will no longer go against my business policies just to please anyone. Business is already hard enough. Please, don’t make it harder for us.

When I said I was Batch A stream 1 set of 2008 Corp members, some dunderheads were arguing with me that there was nothing like stream 1&2 in 2008. And these dumbos were mostly still in secondary school as at that 2008 o. A senator said he scored 310 in his UME in 1993 and a dunce was arguing with him that no one scored above 300 in the UME during the 90s. He even went further to give an exact figure by saying that the highest ever score in the 90s was 291/400. The idiot was perhaps in JS1 in 1993 because he said he wrote his own UME in 1999. I wrote my first UME in 1999 and I got enrolled into secondary school in 1993. I honestly don't understand why some people just like to stir unnecessary arguments and debates about other people. Can you know people more than they know themselves? Una too get problem on this 234 Twitter space sha. Sometimes, I think it's not worth the time and energy to be engaging in some conversations online. Some people are better off being ignored because it doesn't matter what you say or what evidence you drop, people with deep rooted bias and hatred for you will never be convinced, and they will remain obstinate with their opinions. Kudos to senator @DrSRJ_ for smashing his UME excellently well.

I wish for a better Nigeria
There was a time (2011-2015), in Lagos, whenever I finish offloading, I would go to Iya Remi inside garage, order for beans 100 naira (sometimes 150, if I want to enter new set of off-loading), bread 70 naira and coke nla, 100 naira, with pure water 20 naira. That's was my lunch and it would sustain me till midnight.

Dear @DONJAZZY , A Heartfelt Appeal on Behalf of Nigerian Teachers 🙏❤️ Sir, I want to sincerely appreciate you for the incredible generosity you continue to show people on this platform. Your kindness has restored hope, wiped away tears, and reminded many people that there are still individuals who genuinely care about the struggles of others. Today, I am appealing to you, not just for myself, but on behalf of countless teachers across Nigeria who are struggling silently to survive. Sir, teaching is one of the most important professions in any society, yet many teachers earn far below the minimum wage. These are men and women who wake up early every morning, prepare lessons, teach children, mark books, attend to parents, and contribute to building the future of our nation. Unfortunately, many return home after a long day at work without enough money to meet their families' basic needs. Some are struggling to pay rent, feed their children, pay school fees, and cover transportation costs. Others depend entirely on their monthly salaries, which are often insufficient to carry them through the month. Despite these challenges, they continue to show up because they understand the importance of their calling. Sir, teachers need more than encouragement; they need opportunities to improve their financial circumstances. I strongly believe that empowering teachers to establish small businesses they can manage after school hours could make a significant difference. Imagine a teacher who can earn extra income from poultry farming, POS services, provisions, catering, agriculture, or another sustainable business. That additional income could help them feed their families, pay their bills, reduce their dependence on loans, and live with greater dignity. Sir, I have thought deeply about how your generosity could create a lasting impact on teachers. I have drawn up a plan for a ₦10 million teacher empowerment initiative, with the vision of providing ₦300,000 each to selected teachers to help them start or expand small businesses. This is not simply about sharing money. It is about investing in people who invest their lives in educating the next generation. It is about helping teachers move from merely surviving on their salaries to building additional sources of income for themselves and their families. With ₦300,000, a committed teacher could take the first step towards financial independence. With proper guidance, accountability, and a genuine commitment to the business, that support could become the foundation for a better future. Sir, I understand that you receive countless appeals every day, and I do not take your attention or generosity for granted. I am only asking that you kindly consider this vision and give some struggling teachers the opportunity to experience a meaningful change in their lives. @DONJAZZY , please consider empowering teachers. Let us help the people who spend their lives building the future of others also build a better future for themselves. Your support could go beyond a one-time gift. It could create small business owners, reduce financial pressure on families, discourage unnecessary borrowing, and inspire teachers to keep giving their best to the children entrusted to them. Thank you, sir, for the lives you continue to touch. May God replenish your resources, strengthen you, and continue to use you as a channel of blessing to humanity. A better-supported teacher means a stronger family, a better classroom, and a brighter future for our children. 🙏❤️ 0048768987 Gtbank Tope Olatunji #EmpowerTeachers #SupportTeachers #TeacherWelfare
