Dan Issel wore No. 44 at Kentucky, and tomorrow he's signing his new book on the Rupp concourse near Section 44 before Texas Tech (5:30, per the publisher). I choose to believe that's on purpose. Tip time and TV are here bluebookhoops.com/game-day/t…

The Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame honors the amazing career and exemplary life of Cliff Hagan. A two-time All-America at the University of Kentucky and six-time All-Star in the NBA, Hagan and his trademark hook shot helped the St. Louis Hawks win the NBA championship in 1958. Li'l Abner was fierce, competitive, physical, and supremely talented. The Basketball Hall of Fame is proud to preserve his legacy.
