Breaking my Twitter hiatus for a quick article retweet.
I wrote the first draft of this article my first year of grad school. George Bush was the president and Single Ladies was the #1 song in America. Many (many many) revisions later, it's out in the world.

Find yourself someone who loves you as much as a podcast host loves not telling you who the special guest is going to be at their live show.
Twitter is an app where you follow someone because they have interesting takes about X but it turns out that 90% of their posts are about sports or comic book movies or Succession or whatever.
"Damn. One guy in a post 215 miles north of the Arctic Circle. What's he going to do?"

I see it's 'people who know nothing about debate but have strong opinions based on a single cherry-picked example' week again. Exciting.
The big news here is that Scott thinks that a policy being opposed by the majority of voters is an impediment to its enactment, which is pretty serious RINO-territory

Had a wonderful time this week at the GOODINT conference on exclusion, integration, and democracy at UiT in Tromsø. Learned a lot from some truly brilliant folks and also got to enjoy the midnight sun. Highly recommend!
