“I’m not taking health advice from some doctor on social media.”
You absolutely shouldn’t. Don’t listen to anything I write or say.
I eat eggs from our pastured chickens nearly daily...and I fry them in bacon fat, beef tallow, butter or occasionally coconut oil.
I salt my food without measuring it. You know, to taste, like humans have done for millennia.
I eat lots of red meat and full-fat dairy. And even raw milk when we have it available.
I drink my coffee with heavy cream and blend in butter (bulletproof-style).
I deliberately choose fatty cuts of meat.
And I regularly eat whole fruits and vegetables multiple times a day, focusing on low glycemic options.
“Ok, but what about your cholesterol?”
Yep, my body makes a wonderful amount of it. 😊 It's higher than 200 and my LDL is a little "high" too.
Worried?
No.
Why?
Because when I look at the subfractions and patterns of my LDL, it's all good. Plus, my other metabolic markers and ratios are all good or optimal.
"So, you are not concerned about your heart health?"
I am, and that's exactly why I make the choices I described above.
I don’t consume “heart-healthy” vegetable oils. I don’t eat breakfast cereal disguised as heart healthy food. And as mentioned, I don't "watch my salt intake."
These have all been de-bunked, even though they led millions astray into poorer health, for decades
You know what else I don't do?
I don’t snack every 2-3 hours. That doesn't "boost your metabolism." It's another lie for 99% of the population.
I’m not hungry in the morning, I don’t eat anything until close to lunch, and I'm not "starving" when dinner time hits ~7 hours later.
It's like my body is efficiently working metabolically 😉
And then when I've lead 1,000's and 1,000's of people to do the same, they somehow drop an incredible amount of weight and regularly say things like, "I feel better than I have in many years!"
So please ignore the people like me and listen to the experts. The experts that told us to use margarine instead of butter, eat low-fat foods, focus on calories, get 6-11 grain servings per day, and avoid "artery clogging" saturated fats.
They did great and produced the highest levels.... of chronic diseases in human history.
They clearly know what they’re talking about. 😎

Fasting didn't lower inflammation on its own. Losing fat did. That's what this trial found: weight loss, not diet quality alone, tracked with lower inflammation. When fat cells grow too large, they become insulin resistant and start releasing inflammatory signals. Shrink them and both problems ease. The best eating pattern is the one a person can keep that lowers insulin long enough for fat cells to shrink.

In October 2024, two-year-old Arthur Tétrault from Montreal, Canada, nearly drowned. Doctors at Montreal Children’s Hospital informed his parents that Arthur had suffered brain damage. They planned to remove him from life support and suggested organ donation.
Doctors were “constantly talking about” harvesting Arthur’s organs, according to Tétrault.
“They were killing him with all these drugs, and they were justifying the fact that they were promoting to harvest the organs and give them away,” he said. “They were talking about it all the time.”
“They don’t force you, but the way it’s done, it’s kind of a strong marketing from the head of the pediatric unit,” he said. “Everybody talks about it over there.”
“My wife and I, they brought us in a death squad meeting and they told us basically, Arthur would be unplugged on Nov. 29,” Tétrault said.
Instead, the Tétraults transferred Arthur to Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans, USA. Under the care of Dr. Paul Harch, a specialist in brain injury treatment, Arthur was weaned off the ventilator and began to improve with hyperbaric oxygen therapy and intensive physical therapy.
Arthur continues to improve and is now receiving further treatment in Mexico. ❤️

In other words: there is already a Palestinian-Arab state. It is called Jordan. Gaza is the second piece. The demand for yet another one, on top of the territory already given, is not about “justice.”

Bill Clinton, who (in addition to sexually assaulting women in the Oval Office) let Osama bin Laden create his terrorist network despite warnings, now defending another terrorist network -- the Muslim Brotherhood.
Bill Clinton in his first 2026 campaign appearance in South Florida yesterday said he is “tired of people denigrating Muslims for being Muslims” and quoted the Koran on Allah creating different peoples so they might “come to know one another.”
The issue is not religious identity. Clinton knows it is about an extremist ideology that rejects the secular liberal order and treats Sharia as superior to constitutional democracy.
That distinction is not bigotry. It is the same scrutiny applied to any political movement whose doctrine is incompatible with open societies. Clinton’s framing collapses it into a generic plea for tolerance. But voters don’t have to be lectured about it, they have repeatedly elected Muslims without treating their faith as disqualifying. There are about 255 Muslim elected officials nationwide, including four in the House, the mayor of New York, and dozens in state legislatures.
During Clinton’s administration, Bin Laden and al-Qaeda grew powerful and attacked America repeatedly: the 1993 World Trade Center bombing and Somalia attacks, the 1995 Riyadh bombing and the 1996 Khobar Towers attack, 1998 East African embassy bombings, 1999 Millennium plot, and the 2000 USS Cole attack. He knows first hand the violent interpretation of Islam that is a terror scourge. But for politics, it is all about ‘religion’ and ‘tolerance.’

British MP Nick Timothy tells Muslims crying “Islamophobia” to shove it: “Muhammad was a false prophet. Britain is not bound by Islam or Sharia.”
What turned the nation that once set the standard for Western civilisation into a people that now hates its own history, sacrifices its own children, and bends the knee to those who want it destroyed?
Britain was the moral compass of the free world. Cold, reserved, unsentimental. Never stupid, never suicidal. While America turned the hamburger into a global brand, you drank tea with an accent that announced you as the heirs of Shakespeare, common law, parliamentary government and an empire that had shaped the modern world. You were not ashamed of what made you British. You treated it as a birthright.
What changed?
How did a people famous for the stiff upper lip become addicted to self-flagellation?
How did defending your borders, your culture and your own become a thought crime, while importing those who openly despise everything you represent became a civic virtue?
The moment anyone names the pattern, it is not outsiders who come for them. It is their own institutions.
You keep open the embassy of the Iranian regime that has plotted terror on British soil and called for the murder of Britons. You sanction the one ally that warned you and helped stop the attack. You send troops abroad while jihadists walk free on your streets. Anyone who points this out is branded the problem by the same establishment that created it.
Other nations should study Britain as a warning, not a model. Watch for the symptoms: when your elites treat your own people as the enemy. When patriotism becomes a sin and open borders a sacrament. When the votes of those who reject your civilisation matter more than the safety of those who built it. Britain chose that path. The results are no longer deniable.
Protect your own people first. Stop appeasing those who hate you.
