A really important message. Can't emphasise enough that general practice has remained open throughout and continues to serve patients as always. But also a huge thank you to all the other clinical and non - clinical staff that support GPs in providing care to patients #TeamGP
📈 #GeneralPractice appointment data for September is out:
- 20% increase in appointments compared to August
- 26.6 million appointments in September
- 56.6% of appointments were face to face

We are deeply sympathetic to all students affected by this change in policy in relation to A level awarded grades.
If, following the Government announcement, applicants’ revised grades mean that they meet the terms of their original offer, we will guarantee them a place.

Diversity in medical education benefits everyone, so we’re deeply concerned to see the A-level results process has disadvantaged some students. We raised concerns about the process early on and will continue to take action on this – more info to follow
I really do hope that those budding doctors that were downgraded due to the system in this pandemic, can see beyond these limitations and use the next year to drive their passion and study medicine in the future. These challenges will only make you stronger and better doctors...
