And she needs to act like a teenager who is just a child compared to all of them. So maybe she needs to stop being rude and maybe, just maybe, they won’t stand in such a manner when it comes to their daughter.

If her mother hadn’t spoken to his daughter in such a manner, then maybe respect would be achieved. But not when her mother speaks such a way to Eloise’s face. As this father won’t allowed such. So they both deserve one another.

His wife can speak as she wishes. Especially since they both lost more than what most people lost in their entire lives. And as for his daughter, she can choose who she has respect for, and not. As her mother bestows it most unwilling. So, Eloise will probably never have respect.
