What can we say about this team!!! Prouds an understatement!! 9 seasons as a club, countless times being the nearly men!!! Finally we can say, WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS

A tough result to take, with the game still 2-2 until the 80th minute. It was never a 5-2 game, the lads put in a performance we can take real confidence from. Our keeper and centre back decided to go scissoring each other in a collision, earning a shared dick of the day. 🌳

A poor first half was followed by a much-improved second to earn a point against All Inn. Special mention to our RB, who arrived hanging out his arse before spending 90 minutes chasing their number 20. The photo says it all. Nightmares tonight, indeed. 🌳 #AlwaysOak

After a poor performance last weekend, we’re back on the road tomorrow. We’ll be looking to put last week behind us, deliver a much better performance, and come away with a positive result. #AlwaysOak

A 4-1 defeat against John Pye FC. Our worst performance in a very long time, and one that wasn’t good enough, we let ourselves down today. No excuses , we need to take a hard look at ourselves, learn from it and respond next week. 🌳 #AlwaysOak

🟡⚫ MATCHDAY TOMORROW! 🌳 We’re back on the road tomorrow as we take on John Pye FC. The lads are hungry for another three points as we look to climb the table and build momentum. #AlwaysOak

Points shared after a 1-1 draw today. JLazz 7 with tidy play for the goal overshadowed by some very poor refereeing. A second yellow for our player after simply saying “it’s simulation” to an opposing player’s dive. 12 vs 11 for most of the game. Move on to next week🌳

FULL TIME! 🌳🟡⚫️ Our first three points of the season are secured with a brilliant 3-1 away victory against AFC Whitwell! P opened the scoring before Jonesy added two more to complete a fantastic performance from the lads. A strong team display and plenty of character.

Tomorrow we’re back in action as we travel to AFC Whitwell, looking to put our first three points on the board. After a tough start to the campaign, the lads are ready to respond, put in a strong performance and get the result we’re after. #AlwaysOak

A disappointing start to our league campaign as we fall to a defeat in our opening game. MOTM - L.Jones

Tomorrow we begin our league campaign! Back at our home on Birches Lane, we welcome familiar opposition in All Inn for what promises to be a big game. Looking forward to a competitive morning and a big performance from the lads! #Alwaysoak 🌳

A 3–1 victory over Holmewood FC sees us end pre-season on a positive note, with goals from O. Larissey L. Pearson L. Jones A special day, a good performance and a result dedicated to Tapi. Always Oak 🌳

Tomorrow’s final pre-season fixture is about more than football. We come together to celebrate Tapi, a valued member of the Royal Oak family, whose passing has deeply affected us all. We’ll hold a minute’s silence in his memory and honour his life. Forever part of the Oak.

A hard-fought 2-2 draw for the Oak 🤝 Goal from Mata and a great OG see us come from 2-0 down to bring it back. Plenty of positives to take from another pre-season test as well some new additions into the squad who got their first taste of football for the Oak. 🌳 #UpTheOak

This Sunday we’re back at Cowley Lane for our third pre-season game, against Dronfield Wanderers FC Another good test as we continue preparations for the season. #UpTheOak 🌳
