@AskCapitalOne @CA_DMV Can yall please work together to do a simple name change on a vehicle’s registration? I’ve wasted a work day today because people at BOTH institutions didn’t know what they were doing or how to assist. This shouldn’t be complicated. Help!!!!!!!
@AskCapitalOne @CA_DMV also playing the blame game against one another isn’t helpful. Capital One sent me form 256 to fill out and send back to them so they could then send it to the DMV HQ. I was then told to fill out 227 and then come in person to file, now im sent back to Cap1
Now I’m waiting on hold for someone at @AskCapitalOne @CapitalOne and I hope they’re competent enough to understand what needs to be done.
