Huwag ka muna pumunta sa private hospital at maglabas ng out-of-pocket money kung sinabing walang CT-Scan, MRI, or 2D Echo sa public hospital!
I’ve been sharing this diskarte to relatives & friends para makalibre sa procedure.
1. Hingi ka ng official Procedure Request na may tatak at pirma ng doktor mo mula sa public hospital.
2. Pumunta ka sa Malasakit Center sa loob ng hospital at sabihing "for procedure outside."
3. Hihingi sila ng requirements para bigyan ka ng Guarantee Letter (GL) para sa accredited private diagnostic centers or hospitals. Sagot na ng DOH MAIFIP yan kaya zero or minimal charges ka lang!
Pro tips:
a. Dapat galing sa PUBLIC hospital ang lab request. Kung galing sa private doctor, ipa-convert mo muna sa Out-Patient Department (OPD) ng public hospital.
b. Pumunta nang maaga at bitbitin agad ang PhilHealth ID + Valid ID para mabilis ma-approve!
