Hi @Intuit you are about to lose a long-time client. I just spent nearly 30 min on the phone with you customer service only to be told that there is no way for me to give feedback or suggestions that might improve your product. #ProSeriesBasic
Also, @intuit the customer service rep appeared to have no knowledge of the product I have and was unable or unwilling to transfer me to anyone who could help me.
I mean, @Intuit , your products are already ungodly expensive. You’d think you could spend a few bucks to help support your paying customers.
