I don't know how they would get it done, but I would really love for the Braves to find a way to get Max Anderson. Not on any top 100 lists, but that dude straight up punishes baseballs. He's going to end up the 2nd best hitter for Detroit when they call him up
Another one for my Neto fans. (Yes it's a lot to give up, but it's a 3.5 fwar floor SS for 3 years at 25 years old)
Another if you prefer Jeremy Pena. I could do this every day and not get bored. I might have a problem.
If your idea of a COLLECTIVE Bargaining Agreement is "One side gets everything and gives up nothing in exchange" then I'm sorry, but I have no interest in anything you have to say.
Kinda think this will be a rare TB extension
Drew Rasmussen is "at the top of the list" when it comes to the biggest trade candidates this offseason, per @JeffPassan
Rasmussen's $20M salary would push the Rays' payroll above their 2026 level without making another move.
Not a bad shot, especially with 3 options
The #Braves today claimed LHP Mitchell Parker off waivers from the Washington Nationals.
Hey, at least it's not just Braves fans with batshit trade ideas and ridiculous opinions about our prospects
Hypothetical Trade #LGM
Mets get: Elly De La Cruz 🇩🇴
Reds get: Jefferson Rojas, Mitch Voit, Zac Thornton, Sammy Stafura, Ronny Mauricio
This is such a stupid/misleading gotcha attempt. Ask those same people who the best offenses in CFB are. Care to wager if UGA would be mentioned in the Top 5? Top 10? Or is that sentiment based almost entirely on UGA's defense?
Remember this the next time someone tells you about how the players care about the game and the fans. The general player thinks playing baseball as a "job" is no different than your 9-5.
I mean, you could just as easily say the reason it still happens is precisely *because* he doesn't get the targets needed to iron out those things.
The biggest problem with UGA is the preferred offensive game plan. It's not going to be discussed that heavily thanks to the score, but the offense was atrocious again today. And it's a real problem. The early season creativity is gone and it's back to vanilla, predictable calls.
I honestly don't care about any dissenting opinion on this. If you dock and crop a dog's tail and ears, you shouldn't be allowed to own a dog. It's pure mutilation for the sake of (dumb) aesthetics.
I might just be grumpy, but it's really annoying that UGA stays 5 years behind everyone in offensive concepts. No one is fooled by the fake 4th down play. You aren't drawing people offsides on that anymore. Just like QB power doesn't work if all your plays are max 5 yard depth
