scaling dtc brands past 7 figures a month with google & yt ads

we've generated $45M for ecom brands with google & youtube in under 2 years if you run an ecom brand and google & youtube aren't 30%+ of your revenue, you're leaving money on the table every single day here's exactly how we fix that: - the full system (search, shopping, pmax, youtube) - the receipts: $50k → $1M/month, $0 → $191k, $52k → $169k/month - live in 3 days, not 30 see it all: ad-imperium.com

google shows you every ad your competitors are running. for free search, shopping, youtube with the full video, and which countries they're in it's called google ads transparency center how to use it: 1. type in a brand doing 7-8 figures 2. filter to youtube 3. set region to germany (or any EU country) to see the date each ad was first shown. works if they also advertise in the EU an ad running 6+ months is printing pick 3 brands. study what they're running don't clone it. find the angle and improve it for your offer

just got off a call with a store doing $100k+ a month their ads looked like they were crushing it almost none of it was new customers. google was charging them for people already typing their brand name here's what we found in 20 minutes: - branded and non-branded mixed in one campaign - their pmax was "scaling" on people who already knew them - 200+ products in one asset group, every margin lumped together - 31 disapproved products nobody noticed - shopping titles = just the product name meta is 90% of their revenue. google isn't growing anything that's the trap at $30k+. the dashboard looks good and nothing new is coming in if your store is doing $30k+/mo and google is under 20% of revenue, this is probably you

google shopping is a GOLDMINE for any ecom brand… but only if you know how google picks who’s product shows up most brands never learn it. they just raise bids and pray so i broke down the ENTIRE algorithm in one video: - how google picks who shows - the 3 ad rank factors - why your feed IS the targeting - the title formula - the title fix that revived a dying product - 3-5 titles per product - pmax vs standard shopping - your bestseller in its OWN campaign - feed errors that make you invisible - testing on $30-50 a day - what kills shopping accounts bookmark it. watch it with your merchant center open

underrated google ads cheat codes for ecom in 2026: - writing shopping titles from your search terms report - 3-5 title variations per hero product (duplicate the feed) - your bestseller in its OWN campaign - branded and non-branded NEVER in the same campaign - checking merchant center every day (1 disapproval kills momentum) - youtube ads into an advertorial, not a product page - cutting variants that spend with no sales - a standard shopping feeder campaign to find winning titles before pmax - fixing price, stock and reviews before you touch bids overrated: - raising budgets on a broken feed - AI max as your first campaign - "set and forget" pmax

if i took over your google ads tomorrow, here's exactly what i'd do in the first 7 days: day 1: split branded from non-branded your brand searches make the account look great. i want to see what google is actually bringing in new day 2: rebuild your top 20 product titles from the search terms report. keywords first, brand last day 3: kill everything spending without converting search terms, placements, products. if it's had 2x your CPA and nothing, it's gone day 4: fix your merchant center returns, shipping, support details. google's new checkout inside search needs them and most stores haven't touched it day 5: launch youtube one winning meta ad, one campaign. it did 28% of revenue on our $4.65M account day 6: set the budget controls google just launched tell pmax where to spend first instead of letting it dump money on display day 7: read the data and double down on what moved most agencies take 30 days to "audit" we're live in 3

if you're starting google ads this year, i'm begging you: - don't launch 10 campaigns. launch one shopping campaign and let it learn - don't copy your shopify titles. write what people actually type - don't touch it every day. 2 weeks before you judge anything - don't leave search partners and display ticked - don't run $10 a day and call it a test - don't sell something nobody searches for - don't scale the day it works. scale the week it keeps working - don't let AI pick your product without checking google trends yourself - don't quit at week 3. that's when most accounts start making sense google rewards patience more than any platform in ecom bookmark this for launch day

i'm leaking how i'd abuse claude + google ads to go from $0 to $1k a day if i started over tomorrow… no meta. no tiktok. no "build a brand first" just the boring system that's done $50M+ for ecom brands, broken down for complete beginners in one video → how to pick a product people already search for → the only campaign you need to launch first → the settings that burn your first $500 → how to scale once it's working like + comment "1K" and i'll DM it (must be following so i can DM)

things nobody tells you when you start ecom: - your first product probably won't be the one - most of the work is boring and nobody posts about it - you can't out-ad a product nobody wants - the money's in the margin, not the revenue - improving on a winner beats being original - you'll learn more from $300 of ad spend than 30 youtube videos - consistency beats talent every single time anything i missed

we took a ecom brand from $0 to $4.65M on google ads in 8 months f*ck it, i’m going to reveal everything the account had zero google data spend went up 82x from feb to aug and ROAS never went under 4 in a single month so i wrote down EVERY move, in the order we made it here's what's inside: → the day 1 split (branded and non-branded kept apart from the start. branded ran at 16.2 ROAS vs 3.99 for non-branded, so mixing them hides everything) → youtube in february, not "later" (the test, candidate, scale rotation every new video goes through before it touches real budget) → the shopping title rewrite (keywords first, brand last, straight from the search terms report. roughly doubled ROAS and the test hit 18x) → why the winner moved from pmax to standard shopping (spend was leaking into display. after the move it held the #1 shopping impression share against 53 other advertisers) → demand gen with plain static images (one image prospecting campaign did $165.6K at 3.02 ROAS in 30 days) → the "super scaler" campaigns (every winning video gets its own campaign and budget. spend went $81.6K to $250K in one month and conversion value went $590K to $1.15M) → the month by month numbers (jan $1.77K → $7.33K. mar $19.9K → $198K. jun $81.6K → $590K. aug $411K → $1.82M) → the 10-point checklist to run it on your own account like + comment "CASE" and i'll send it over (must be following so i can DM)

running google ads before you understand how it actually works is a DEATH WISH ESPECIALLY if all you've ever run is tiktok or meta so here's the whole thing explained like you're 12. no jargon say you sell lemonade tiktok and meta is walking into the park and shouting "LEMONADE" at kids playing football. a few are thirsty. most aren't. you pay for every kid who hears you either way google is a stand on the busiest street in town, where people walk up and ask "where can i get lemonade?" you don't have to convince anyone they're thirsty. they already are. you just have to be the stand they see when they ask meta makes people want it. google catches the ones who already do google can show your stand in 4 ways: 1. search someone types "lemonade near me" and sees a few lines of text with your name on it. you pick the words you want to show up for 2. shopping a picture of your actual cup, the price and your store name, right at the top of google. for an online store this is the big one, because people see the product and the price before they even click 3. pmax you hand google your lemonade and say "put my signs wherever you think buyers are". search, shopping, youtube, gmail, maps. google decides everything. great once google knows who buys from you. on a brand new stand it's guessing, with your money 4. youtube the ad before the video. that's interrupting people again, same game as tiktok. useful later, not where you start so what are you actually paying for? every time someone asks for lemonade, every stand selling it raises its hand at the same time. that's the auction and it happens in a split second google doesn't just pick whoever pays the most. it also looks at which stand best matches what the person asked for and you only pay when someone walks over to your stand (a click). people who see your ad and keep walking cost you nothing now the part everyone skips: the feed for shopping you don't write ads. your product list IS the ad. it's basically a spreadsheet of your products (title, price, picture) that google reads from your store through google merchant center (free to set up) google matches what people type to your product titles if your sign says "drink #4", the person asking for "fresh pink lemonade, no sugar" never finds you. if it says "fresh pink lemonade, no sugar, large cup", they do most beginners spend weeks on the ads and five minutes on the titles. should be the other way round why does it feel slow? you're a new stand on a busy street. google doesn't know you yet, so the first weeks are google learning which questions bring buyers to you. no viral day. no sales screenshot at 3am on day two but a tiktok video can blow up on monday and be dead by friday. on google the same people ask for lemonade every single day. once your stand is in the right spot it keeps working slower to start. way steadier once it's going what i'd start with if i were you: shopping first. one campaign, your best few products, titles fixed before you spend a dollar then leave it alone for a couple of weeks while google learns. no pressing buttons every morning add search for the exact things people type when they're ready to buy pmax and youtube once you have sales data, not before that's google ads it's not easy. but it's way less complicated than it looks from the outside

this is a GOLDMINE for any ecom brand that wants to scale to 6 figures a month with google shopping same structure we use to scale accounts to 7 figures a month across multiple niches i broke down the ENTIRE thing in one doc (plus the full 15 min video) here's what's inside: → why your title IS the targeting (the 3 jobs every title has to do, and the search terms report trick for finding the words buyers type) → the feed fixes that come before any budget increase (price mismatches, disapprovals, missing attributes, the stuff that quietly caps you) → how pmax and standard shopping fight over the same product (and which one wins the auction) → the campaign splits (branded vs non-branded, high vs low margin, never in the same campaign) → the 4 things that quietly kill shopping accounts (and the order to fix them in) like + comment "SHOPPING" and i'll send it over (must be following so i can DM)

meta's fine. you were just selling to people who weren't looking meta interrupts someone scrolling past their friend's wedding photos you have to make them want it in 2 seconds google catches someone who already typed "best posture corrector for back pain" they want it. they're just picking who to buy from same product. completely different buyer if nobody's searching for what you sell, no ad platform saves it if they are, you've been fishing in the wrong pond
