Next Sunday, 1st November is my birthday and I am celebrating it in a special way! I will be releasing my new book, "An Angel Outside, A Beast At Home," and officially launching my one year mentorship programme, the Executive Stress To Profit Community. For me, this is more than a birthday celebration. It is about making an impact, changing lives, empowering others and building a lasting legacy through stress management. As I step into another year, my commitment remains the same and that is to touch more lives, create more opportunities, and take stress management to greater heights. So help me God!

Yesterday, the Class of '98 of Saint Patrick's College, Asaba, met in Manchester to celebrate 28 years since graduation. It was amazing to see many of my friends whom I hadn't seen in almost 28 years. Eddy, Vincent, Paul, Andrew, Okiwelu and Damian; it was great to see you all.

When you are doing very well, some people will dislike you. If they find any opportunity to show this bitterness, they quickly do. Eric actually tried creating content with two other people before this girl came along. The two guys couldn't quite deliver the content, then this girl volunteered and said she could do it. He asked if she was sure, she said yes, and he explained the script to her. She delivered it perfectly and they got it right in just one take. The entire thing was scripted! I honestly don't understand why everyone is attacking Eric over this. Some of you are reacting as though you've had something against him long before this video came out. People need to calm down. Not everything is as deep as it seems.

I was sharing with a friend how people who are not sick die in their sleep, especially young men. Do you know how much stress the body has to go through to shut down while you are sleeping? I have written a guide that will help you stay alive while navigating the stress of living abroad. It is titled "JAPA WITHOUT DYING." I have made the guide so cheap that it costs less than the price of a box of pizza. It is available here: nestuge.com/japastress
So heartbreaking to hear that a 35-year-old man passed away in his sleep, even though he wasn’t known to be sick. 💔 Men, please prioritise your health. Go for regular check-ups and monitor your blood pressure, blood sugar, and other health indicators. Health is wealth. Prevention is better than cure. Rest in peace, bro. 🕊️🙏🏽

Learned Helplessness: They have lost hope in a good Nigeria however tribalism is still something you can't take away from them. As long as we have people like this, Nigeria will remain the same.
“I will vote for Tinubu. I want him to complete his tenure because we are suffering. This administration is a bad administration. Let us be sincere and factual: we are suffering. Since morning, some people have not even had a square meal. People are suffering. That is the basic truth.” — Man

I met someone who reacts to water. He has never drunk water all his life. This is the first time I am hearing this.

My brother, thank God you used "just in case" but even at that this you post is like a threat (lol) + it's very stressful to even think about him coming back. But then, even without him coming back, we still need lots of stress managers to undo the Buhari & BAT stress regimes.

Many people may not like this. But if APC wins the next election, the demand for stress management services will be humongous. I am already preparing people who have registered in my mentorship programme to cash in on this, just in case it happens. I will teach them everything they need to know about stress management and show them how to start up a stress management business. Imagine all the organisations and individuals who would be needing their services. Anyway, if you want to join my mentorship programme, send me a DM. It is not cheap o.

I have 30 books on Amazon. I just got a notification that 6 people in the US and 2 people in Canada bought my book recently. That's cool passive income. I just finished writing another book for Nigerians in the diaspora and will unveil it today.

What is this immoral act?
#Makkah #SaudiArabia #SachVsJhooth

I have written a book to address this. The book is titled *"Beyond The Pain"*. Some people are just attracted to the wrong set of people, and they don't even know it. It's a pattern and not bad luck as you may think.
My cousin has been married for FOUR TIMES, and all the four marriages failed. This afternoon, she called me to rant about the new man she has been seeing for months now.. saying so much abt him, how he was a manipulator, selfish and all, and she’s thinking of leaving him cos according to her.. she’s emotionally stressed. After listening to her, I asked, “Don’t you think it’s time to take a break from relationships and work on yourself? All the 5 men can’t be the problem while you’re completely innocent.” Omo, I kept talking, not knowing this lady had already ended the call. When I tried calling her back, I discovered she had blocked me.. It’s been over an hour and I’m still asking myself what I do?🤷‍♀️

He should be adequately compensated and shouldn't have to work ever again.
How do you even give this man his life back? What could you possibly give this man to make his life any better? 💔
