AN OPEN LETTER TO THE PLATFORMS CALLING FOR QUALITY OVER QUANTITY

The meme space is beginning to talk about quality over quantity.
Good. But now comes the real test.
Can this industry recognize quality before popularity makes it obvious?
The American Dream was built on a simple belief: you could start with almost nothing and build something extraordinary.
The memecoin space needs that dream too.
Not just another overnight success manufactured through influencer reach, insider connections or paid attention.
We need examples of ordinary people building something meaningful from the ground up.
Consider $ALPACA.
Its origins are authentic.
The original Bitcoin Alpaca mascot dates back to 2011, when BTC traded around $1.
The meme existed long before the token β and years before memecoins became an industry.
Its history is documented and verifiable. The lore wasn't invented to sell a coin. The coin was created to celebrate an existing piece of Bitcoin history.
That distinction matters.

I'm asking a much bigger question:
Can the platforms that democratized token creation now help democratize discovery?
Because the next generation of builders needs to believe that starting small is not a permanent disadvantage.

That the memecoin dream is still alive.

Been lurking around and I saw something that caught my attention.
Came across $ALPACA and decided to dig a little deeper.
First thing I noticed was the Bitcoin socks story from 2011. Then I started looking through what theyβve been building around it.

Thereβs clearly more going on here than just putting an animal on a token and hoping people buy into it.
Iβm still exploring, but I like finding projects that give me something to actually look into beyond the chart.
