So 2 weeks ago we agreed on 1100€ and moving in during September (nothing signed just a verbal agreement) and we were getting ready to move in. But we were just informed that someone else offered to pay 1400€ and they got the flat. Never trust a fucking landlord man

If I have the opportunity to move to a flat that's almost twice the size and much cheaper than my current one, should I do it? The downside is I'd have to pay a new deposit, knowing I probably won't get my current one back 🤔
