It's ok not to be ok
This is a useful tool for checking in on yourself this year if you’re in healthcare (or if you’re not). I’ve spent most of the year in ‘yellow’ after a lifetime of ‘green’. 2020 has been the absolute worst for many reasons: you’re not a failureif you’re feeling its effects.

Staff broke into a spontaneous round of applause when #FriarageHospital nurse Helen Sharpe was discharged from #JamesCookHospital’s intensive care unit. Helen, who was one of critical care’s first COVID positive patients, spent 21 days on the unit #InThisTogether #NHSheroes

A massive thank you to all the children who have sent us hundreds of drawings for our HOPE wall at #JamesCookHospital. We would really like to create HOPE walls in all of our hospitals and community sites.💙 #OurNHSPeople #Steesstaff #ThankYouNHS

As a frontline doctor in London - you really really need to take this seriously - it is bad - it is really bad - already - and it’s predicted to be worse by next weekend - too many people really don’t get it yet - stay indoors!! Seriously! #FlattenTheCurve #COVID19 @doctor_oxford

Definitely worth a watch for any physio colleagues on here!
WATCH @JackAChew ask @rachaelmoses What does care of #COVID19 patients look like? What are the risks to Physios? How to mitigate them? What is ‘Fit testing’? What could MSK therapists do now? What might MSK therapists do in the coming weeks and months? m.facebook.com/story.php?sto…

If you love the NHS, please consider following us and retweeting this. The NHS really needs your support right now, and the staff really deserve a morale boost. Together, we can increase awareness of key issues and show staff how appreciated they are. Thanks for considering x
