On September 28, BAY hosted a founder session with @ecdsafu, Co-founder of @squidrouter. Drawing from his journey building Squid, Fig shared practical lessons on entrepreneurship, covering topics such as finding the right co-founders, building strong teams, fundraising, product launches, and balancing growth with sustainable revenue. The session also offered a candid look at the challenges and mistakes that come with scaling a startup, and how founders can continue learning and adapting along the way. Through Fig’s firsthand experiences, participants gained a more realistic understanding of what it takes to build and grow a company in Web3, as well as broader insights into decision-making, leadership, and long-term thinking as a founder.
