everyone asking how these brands aren't getting sued
the ad plants the claim
the product page stays clean
ad says "smoke all you want, just clean your lungs daily"
page says "supports respiratory wellness" 😉
that's it. that's the loophole 🤝

But that’s not even the real problem.
How do you fail a product test, and some other guy runs the same product, same prompts… and scales it?
And no
It’s not about the prompts.
It’s about using your brain.
That’s literally it.
Prompts won’t save you. They’re just a shortcut. If that’s all you rely on, you won’t go far (I learned that the hard way.)
Go actually do the work. Trench Reddit. Youtube. Amazon reviews. You’ll find angles and avatars that no prompt will ever give you.
And then you realize… those “mass desires” are actually kinda shit.
