It’s been a hell of a run!!! Thank you to all my fellow coaches for the support over the years, my community school and especially my players. We wouldn’t have been able to accomplish what we have done without you all!!!!

The suspension of Teddy Bridgewater is another example of the educational system never truly being about the kids.

This is why you need to be careful about who you listen too. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I am the biggest advocate for multi-sport athletes but if you want to play in college you cannot play an off-season sport for "fun". You will take away from training and conditioning for your primary sport. Other athletes will surpass you, and, unfortunately, this is a reality and when you get to college- you don't get a break-there is no off-season.

Unpopular opinion if at the end of our summer work we finished with a winning record we didn’t challenge ourselves enough 🤷🏻‍♂️
