Seeing @VIhnatiuk take the stage for @utexocom at The Future of Capital Markets in Lugano last week landed as a clear win for Bitcoin native stablecoins.
He showed USDT being minted onto Bitcoin and then redeemed back, with the entire process running on RGB live in front of the audience. That’s the part I find exciting. People got to see the actual process working, not just hear about what Utexo plans to build.
The event, hosted by @BFXSecurities and Blockstream Capital Partners, gave Utexo a clear platform to prove the technology works in practice. Bringing USDT onto Bitcoin with RGB’s privacy and settlement properties is a meaningful step.
Bitcoin native USDT is getting closer by the day, and Utexo is showing the work behind it is real.

A trader can have $1 million on one exchange and spot a good opportunity on another, yet still struggle to get the money there in time.
The blockchain might be fast, but that doesn't mean the exchange withdrawal will be. There are approval processes and compliance checks to go through, and by the time the funds arrive, the trade might no longer make sense.
Utexo is working on something to help with this. It connects exchanges through a shared mega channel linking their Lightning nodes. So, when a withdrawal has been approved but the funds are still settling, Utexo can front the deposit on the receiving exchange almost immediately.
The money used for this comes from liquidity users stake in the channels, which they earn from providing.
For high frequency traders using USDT on Bitcoin, this could change how they manage funds across exchanges. They wouldn't have to wait for every transfer to finish before accessing funds on the other side, or keep large amounts of money sitting on every platform just to be ready for the next trade.
The cost matters as well. Utexo is aiming to charge less than traditional prime brokers, leaving traders with more room to make their arbitrage trades worthwhile.
It's one of the ways Utexo is tackling the challenges around moving and using money on Bitcoin. Traders need their capital where the opportunities are, and waiting on transfers can get in the way.

The "Stablecoins on Bitcoin" panel at @LuganoPlanB brought together some interesting perspectives.
Different approaches, one common goal: strengthening Bitcoin as the settlement layer for global finance.
Aaand it's on!
RGB on stage at @LuganoPlanB with @FedericoTenga and @VIhnatiuk.
Stablecoins might be seen as Bitcoin enemies, but they are actually useful to push the usage of Bitcoin itself.
RGB is the meta-protocol that represents a great scalability solution, opening the path for @utexocom to make USDT a reality on Bitcoin.
Let's keep building!
Utexo has locked in a spot in Mastercard’s Crypto Partner Program, and that is just like one of those quiet but genuinely useful moves that can open real doors.
@Mastercard set up the program earlier this year to bring crypto teams, payment firms and banks together to discuss how digital assets can work with the payment systems people already use. With @utexocom now part of it, there’s an opportunity to get its work on stablecoin settlement in front of people who understand the payments industry.
Stablecoins already move value between crypto networks and traditional finance. For Utexo, these conversations could help create connections around private, business-level dollar transfers using Bitcoin, RGB and Lightning.
This doesn’t mean a Mastercard integration is live or that a new product has launched. It gives Utexo a chance to build relationships and explore how its infrastructure could fit into the wider payments space.
USDT’s homecoming to Bitcoin is closer than ever.

Utexo Mint is opening the door to something big for USDT on Bitcoin, and we’re getting closer to seeing it go live.
Early access opened on October 22, giving professional operators the chance to test the full process on Bitcoin Signet, from minting USDT to making confidential transfers and redeeming it.
The public launch is set for November 28. That’s just over a month for exchanges, wallets, market makers, OTC desks and trading firms to get their integrations ready and make sure everything works as expected.
And honestly, this is where things get exciting. Teams that get their systems ready early will have a head start in bringing native USDT on Bitcoin to their users and serving the demand that follows launch.
Utexo also has tools available for managing liquidity across networks and handling fiat conversions, giving operators more to work with as they prepare.
November 28 is getting closer, and I’m looking forward to seeing how this unfolds. The groundwork is happening now, and the teams that move early could be among the first to bring this experience to market.

@utexocom Opens USDT Minting Beta! UniSat Responds First!
Twelve years after it started on Bitcoin, USDT is coming home.
On November 28, 2026, Utexo will officially bring USDT back to Bitcoin's RGB layer. Ahead of mainnet launch, the public beta is now live. As an official partner of Utexo, UniSat jumped on it immediately — updating our Bitcoin Signet testnet support, including USDT (Signet) swaps.
Here's what happens next. In this homecoming, Utexo focuses on issuing and minting USDT, while UniSat makes it truly flow within the Bitcoin ecosystem. Once the mainnet officially goes live, we will deploy wallet support first, and then move at full speed to enable USDT trading on UniHexa.
But right now, the beta is almost here. UniSat's testnet support is expected within 48 hours (October 25, 2026), together with the exclusive Titles Claim Event. Users can connect their UniSat wallet to participate in minting testnet USDT. Stay tuned.

A first look at what's coming in November.
@Vihnatiuk took the stage at The Future of Capital Markets with a live demo of USDT minting and redemption on Bitcoin.
USDt is coming home to Bitcoin.
@Vihnatiuk (@utexocom) explains more at The Future of Capital Markets, including how exchanges, wallets, market makers and OTC desks can mint and redeem USDt on Bitcoin via @RGB_Bitcoin.
I just came across the phrase “BlackRock is dumping” on @gate_ventures and it got me thinking about how quickly people interpret large Bitcoin transfers as a sign of selling pressure.
When a Bitcoin ETF faces redemptions or a large holder moves coins to an exchange, anyone can see those transactions on the public blockchain. A big transfer from a known wallet can easily spark speculation, even when the reason could be routine client withdrawals, rebalancing or liquidity management. The transaction is visible, but the reason behind it usually isn't.
This is part of the problem Utexo is addressing with its private OTC rails on RGB. Institutions can move large amounts without exposing the full details of each transfer to the public.
The Bitcoin blockchain records the necessary cryptographic commitment, while transaction details remain known to the parties involved.
That distinction is important. A large Bitcoin movement doesn't automatically mean an institution is dumping its holdings, but public transaction data can make it look that way. Better transaction privacy can help reduce speculation driven by incomplete information.
Sometimes, a large transaction is just a large transaction. Understanding what it means requires more than watching coins move on a block explorer. But then again, outsiders don't need to know.

Bringing $10–20 billion in USDT onto Bitcoin within the next 12 months is the target Viktor shared in his recent conversation with Gate Ventures.
He wants Bitcoin to become a major place for USDT to settle, and the technology is getting ready to support that shift.
Transfers can complete in 50–100 milliseconds with near-zero fees. Transaction details stay private, while compliance tools can still do their job.
It’s an ambitious goal, but Utexo is building to make it happen. I’m bullish on what this could mean for Bitcoin and the future of USDT.

I just came across @conso_xyz and one thing about CONSO caught my attention and that is that the activity we generate online could actually build something valuable for us.
Think about how much we do online every day. We create content, play games, use AI tools, interact on social media, and make onchain transactions. All these activities leave a trail, but turning that trail into a reputation we can use across different apps is a different idea.
That’s what CONSO is working on.
You choose which platforms to connect, and your activity can contribute to your reputation through ZAPs, badges, and a Consumer Passport on Sui.
And the sweetest part of the deal is how they handle privacy. CONSO uses Seal for encryption and Walrus for storage, with access granted to the apps you authorize. The goal is to keep your data under your control instead of giving the project free access to it.
There’s also a practical side to this. Your reputation can help you access rewards, Smart Campaigns, and other opportunities through the Miner App. CONSO BOTS serve as mobile nodes and can boost your ZAP mining rate.
I'm still getting familiar with the project, but I find the idea of building a reputation from your everyday digital activity worth exploring. If that reputation can travel with you across apps and open up new opportunities, it gives your online activity another kind of value.
@conso_xyz has officially gotten my interest, I will follow the project more closely. Who else is in this Ship with me?.
