A week ago, some of our young people participated in the Community Stage at the @edfringe. We were so proud to see their confidence as performers boosted by this event and hope to see them all on many more stages in the future!
ALT A red flyer has the schedule for the Community Stage on it. The flyer is tapes to a fence with gaffer tape. MCFB is in the 14:00 - 14:30 slot.
ALT A yellow tent stands off the side of the high street. We can see two young people on the stage, one with a ukelele and one with a guitar. A staff member sits and plays guitar with them as well.

A huge THANKYOU and well done to anyone who was a part of Jukebox Jury LIVE at @edfringe
All of my guest panellists, Alex Petty and the @freefringefest , all of the staff at @EastsideEdinburgh, my band of merry helpers (who did awesome as part of their first time working at the fringe), my lovely audiences who embraced it and had fun, everyone who joined and commented and supported online, those who donated to the crowdfunder to get the ball rolling, the #keepitfringe team for awarding me the bursary (without which it really couldnt have happened) and of course the musicians who create and send in their tracks!

And that's a wrap on my 2024 @EdFringe - 11 days and 59 shows. So about 1.5% of the 3,746 shows registered, with over 2.6 mil tickets issued this year. Still not where it was in 2019, but up from last year.
Next year's dates Aug 1-25, 2025. Can't wait!

Returning from fab @edfringe had a top time.
Sincere thanks to all who found me & super venue staff 🙏👏👏
After 23 on the bounce not doing a show today will feel very odd and so will replace the adrenalin rush with a nice fish finger sandwich on buttered farmhouse with a glass🍷

That’s a wrap on our #edfringe debut❤️👁🦷 The end of 2023 we had the crazy idea to self produce a 5 actor horror play at the largest global theatre festival in the world that primary uplifts comedy, 1 person shows, and those with institutional support. A crazy idea that paid off

@edfringe has come to an end. Thank you so much to everyone that made this possible for us. And mostly, thank you to audiences that are proving that protest theatre still matters. We’re so proud to be a small cog in Ireland’s female revolution. Here’s to Mná na hÉireann ✊🧶
