The first batch of text books has been delivered to us this morning from CLAIM LTD. The books have been purchased with funds from an American donor via malawifund.com. St. Patrick's Junior seminary is one of the best schools in Malawi. It offers good quality seconday education. The seminary has also sent many to the Major seminary. It has been a fertile seedbed of the vocation to priesthood. There are many priests that were nurtured from this school. We thank all well wishers who support us to bring back the glory of the school.

We are experiencing very high temperatures. It was 35⁰ Celcius in my place yesterday, and around 41⁰ Celsius in the far south of the country.

We put spiritual life as a priority. Christ is at the center of our life in St. Patrick's Junior seminary.

See how smart the young future priests are. New desks, new chairs. All funded by our American friend through malawifund.com. This school has been in very bad shape and there have been many areas in need of a touch. We thank all who make it possible to improve this school's conditions. We now have new prayer books, more desks, more chairs, renovated dormitories, water system and others. While we still have a lot to do, we have achieved a lot in the last two years. The results have been immediate; more demand for entry, more discipline and committed spiritual life amongst students, excellence examination results and many other good results. More boys have proceeded to the Major seminary for studies towards priesthood. This includes those that have joined diocessn as well as missionary congregations. One in Christ United in Mission.
