We see you—and your agents—building on Stripe data.
Now you can sync your Stripe data to Postgres in real time. No code, no webhooks to maintain, and free to get started.
Hello, real-time data. Show us what you build 👀

This is so slick. Just ask Claude Code or Codex to "analyze my Stripe growth" and it will give you things like MRR, outlier customers, growth opportunities, and more

New Episode: Estée Lauder💄
Estée's obsession with “touching faces,” off-the-charts charisma, commitment to quality, and revolutionary sales strategy took her from mixing creams in her kitchen in Queens to dominating–and forever changing–the beauty industry.
🎙️Listen now!
Feeling home country pride on this one. ASML, a company based in Veldhoven, Netherlands, has a 100% monopoly on EUV lithography, arguably the most important machine used in semiconductor manufacturing. How they built this moat is mind blowing.
Joe Coulombe wrote *the* book I want to read about every business: A precise and delightfully written how-to-guide on how he started and ran Trader Joes.
It almost made me want to start my own grocery store
Best @redqueenpod anecdote: Stranger hears my friend listening to the Marriot ep. Stranger mentions his wife has worked at Marriott >30 years! All the culture tidbits (treat employees like family) are true! When wife hits certain tenure milestone they’ll get free lifetime rooms!
Ernest Hemingway said: "When I dream of afterlife in heaven, the action always takes place in the Paris Ritz."
Favorite research rabbit hole for this episode was Marriott's acquisition of the Ritz Carlton...involving a sheik, a tragic car chase, and chocolate chips.
This 👇started off as a thinly veiled excuse to hang out with my two girl crushes @zebriez and @tarstarr, and has since turned into piles of books strewn across the apartment, dozens of hours of weekend recordings, and many struggles learning audio. It’s been an absolute joy.
A bright spot in 2024 has been hanging out with @eekedm and @tarstarr to see what we can learn from longstanding institutions.
Biggest takeaway so far: re-invent or die
We turned our lil’ book club into a podcast and the first two episodes - 👩🚀NASA and 🧱LEGO- are out now!
I hope you like it!! We do!
Too many good NASA facts to choose from but easily my favorite character from this journey is Pete Worden, who ran the Ames Center at NASA and pioneered cheap space travel years before Elon Musk.
Next week I’m joining @zebriez as a cofounder of @hiconstellate. I wrote a little post on why 👇
.@lennysan asked why *some* teams (like @stripe and @retool) are innovation machines. But no one wakes up and thinks "Today, I want to do boring, incremental work". So why isn't *every* team an innovation machine? So fun chatting about this & more. Huge thanks for having me!
So excited to share my conversation with @eekedm (Head of Product at @retool, early PM at @stripe)

The time I got to spend with @chughesjohnson while writing for this book during the very early stages was the single most effective crash course in manager training and company building. Can't wait for folks to soak it all in. Huge congrats @chughesjohnson!
simple != easy
*So* much thought went into designing the right experience to help users shortcut navigation and actions in Retool. Love what @sunjessica17,
@andrewaashen, @zhanlarr, and Ford did here.
I use this feature ceaselessly
