CSUN's women's resource center hosted a workshop for equal pay day to give information on salary calculating and negotiation.

The event gave information on the gender wage gap in the United States, and encouraged young women to be confident when negotiating salary. “If you are negotiating salary, they already want you. Remind them what you bring to the table and that you will be an asset to them.”

They are no higher quality than men’s razors, yet they are still marked up to a much higher price.

since it's cheaper it's definitely a win-win situation. I mean paying a cheaper price for a better quality product sounds a lot better does it not? Why is there even a different price tag to begin with? It's time we stop falling in this trap and actually do something about it.
