Hey @AppleSupport, do better. I’ve been on hold because I need to change my email - which apparently has to be done by phone - and it’s been 90 minutes! Unacceptable.

I left my laptop on @SouthwestAir Monday, on a flight from Chicago to PVD. It was my fault. Even still, I thought it would be found and returned. So far, it has not turned up. I'm bummed. Why post about it? Not sure. I just want the universe to align so I get it back. (1 of 2)
I like flying @SouthwestAir. I like that I can change reservations easily at no xtra cost. I like that flight attendents tend to be funny & seem human. I like that they don't try to upsell all over the place. So far, their lost&found has been helpful. But no laptop. Alas. (2of2)

@MarkThompson_DC homage to the EGHS Class of 1971, as they gather for their 52nd year reunion. It's great writing on its own and so interesting about the then-new high school as EG contemplates a significant school construction #eghs #reunion

Fun article from Patch editor @Neal_McNamara of Worcester, who happens to share the same name as my husband, @NealMcNamara1. As my Neal's grandmother would say, Up Mayo! patch.com/massachusetts/worc…
