No all of them have passed the review before the actual phone was released, but there was some effort.
What's better: a support team that answers emails in 2 business days but gives perfectly clear answers that work from the first touch, or a support team that is available in your Slack / Telegram / whathaveyou, replies in within 15 min, but never actually reads your questions attentively so that you have explain over over again for at least 5 rounds?
