Couldn’t be more proud of these two seniors. Christopher Manzo broke our school record in the 800 running a scorching time of 1:55.74 and Mike Simeon continues his great season placing 3rd in the Shot Put with a throw of 52’6” at the Group 4 Championships.

These two guys @Anthony_v202 and Mike Carfagno will be joining @ahmad_brock1 at The Eastern States Championships tomorrow in NYC. Tonight they warmed up by coming in 1st in the 55 hurdles and 3rd in the shot put #ehtpride

This run of 30.42 was good for 1st place in NJ Gr. 4 State Relays. Current NJ #2, US #3, and #7 on The Bubble All Time Venue List (EHT also #2 from 2009.) Very proud of these young men. Wish they had a chance to run at @nbnationals but they removed the event. #ehtpride
