Please don’t stop applying, don’t stop taking assessments and interviews as well. You can get rejected for a role and get an instant offer the following day. Mercor is mostly about luck, and to increase your surface area for luck on mercor, you have to do the bare minimum which is applying for jobs and doing interviews/assessments. You can also be extremely lucky to not do all these and land roles. But the few people i know that are actively neck deep in mercor, no new assessment/interview passes them by.

For context, I have had almost 250 rejections, I have gotten multiple work trials, multiple instant offers etc. You will be frustrated sha. I can promise you that. And when you land that first contract, please do quality work for your own good.
