Nevadaβs current abortion law (up to 24 weeks, later for life/health) was locked in by a 1990 voter referendum. The legislature cannot amend or repeal it without another direct vote of the people. That protection has held for 35 years.
Question 6 would add a constitutional βfundamental rightβ performed by a βqualified health care practitionerβ until viability (or later for life/health). It keeps the old statute but replaces the clear physician + hospital rules for later abortions with broader language that invites courts to decide what counts as interference or health.
About 1 in 4 Nevadans who voted in person this weekend in Clark and Washoe werenβt registered Democrat or Republican.

California has lost ~1,250 corporate HQs on net in 10 years. Delawareβs courts have driven some reincorporations to Nevada and Texas. Nevada already has no income tax and is picking up some of that business. The opportunity is larger if it closes the gaps.
California has lost roughly 1,250 corporate headquarters on net in just 10 years. 13 Delaware companies proposed moving their incorporation to Nevada in 2025 alone.
With more business-friendly reforms underway, Nevada is competing for a bigger share of corporate America.

Nevada still charges a Commerce Tax on gross receipts above $4M and requires manager names on annual filings (Wyoming does not). Its old filing system was unreliable; the new Orion portal must actually work for small businesses and high-volume filers. Higher friction and less privacy than competitors limit how many companies move.
Eliminate the Commerce Tax and replace it with nothing. Match Wyomingβs privacy by ending mandatory public manager disclosure. Finish Orion so filings are simple and reliable for everyone. Pair that with clear director protections and a business court. Lower costs, stronger privacy, and predictable rules will pull more companies from California and Delaware.

I analyzed Nevadaβs own public voter file and found ~9,607 Clark County individuals with matching name + birth year tied to multiple active registrations (β12,465 pairs). Both registrations in each pair show a recorded 2024 general election vote. Not alleging fraudβjust a data pattern that needs an official audit.
Cisco is such a lying sack of schitzel. He blocks credible evidence from being submitted and does nothing to look for fraud proactively on his own. Vote @electbarnhill on November 3.
I submitted a sworn complaint and formal NVRA notice in May/June. The SOS office closed it in days without disputing the numbers, saying it wouldnβt act on third-party analysis of its own public data and pointing me to individual county challenges instead of a systemic review.

I filed Barnhill v. Aguilar (2:26-cv-02818) under the NVRA asking the court to order a good-faith audit and reconciliation of those records. Modern matching tools should catch duplicates before ballots are cast. An independent can prioritize the cleanup without party incentives getting in the way.
