Ping ponging b/t chat bot and live agent to try and register a @SingaporeAir KrisFlyer account for my child. As instructed, tried diverse browsers and devices, wi-fi, mobile data. Still getting error: Please try again in 24 hours. Error code N9519.
Kudos to pilots of #LH390 MUC-SIN last night 20.11 for 2nd smooth go-around after entering terrible weather over Changi. Excellent comms from the flight deck and even with humor!
Rerouted to KL to wait out storm. Home 6 hrs later!

Seems obvious, but even in a team of one lone writer, the style guide is a must! Thanks Fer O'Neil @tekom for the session. At my last job, it was the first thing I started working on (and when I was let go, made sure the style guide would live on!). #tekom #tekom2022
Can't be there live (hello from 🇸🇬), so thanks @tekom for providing virtual tickets. I love best practices, so enjoyed watching @IlKostova and colleague talk about their top principles for creating graphics in tech docs. #tekom22 #tekom
Tech writers wear many hats and @TheMikeJang gave some great tips of how to make better UI texts (and showed some great examples). Thanks to the @writethedocs for another great talk!

A reminder I joined 13 years ago! Hasn't done me much good, but oh so difficult to let go! #MyTwitterAnniversary
Thank you 🇸🇬! Still need a negative test to enter the little red dot, but no more testing once here! Masks optional outside! Woot-woot!
