Finishing up after a tough 2 days providing medical support to the @BritWheelBBall women’s team for their training camp this week. A valuable experience to work with elite athletes in a setting unfamiliar to me. Made even sweeter by the fact they’re a lovely bunch of ladies!
I don’t think we express enough on here what a slog an MSc (and other academic studies) is when mature and working full time🤯📚🧑🏼💻!! I can’t be the only one🤷🏼♀️
3 months, 6 upcoming assessments alongside nearly full time hours on evenings and weekends. How did my younger self get through an undergrad with a social life too?
4 months to go = MSc
It’s been a hell of a season!
- Acheiving an 87% average available for selection rate during the season with a decrease in long term injury rates in players compared to the 20/21 season and winning gold with womens GB ice hockey with many other busy weekends in between!
