NC A&T delivers NC-05 for Chuck Hubbard.
Aggies marched to the polls. They were fired up after not being given an early voting site.
249 votes were cast from voters registered to the Frye Hall precinct. That's more votes this year than 2024 at this precinct when there was a presidential race.
The result? 224 votes for Chuck Hubbard. 4 votes for Foxx.
With all votes counted, Hubbard leads Virginia Foxx by 99 votes. Dem flip pending recount.

She shocked the country when she won her primary despite being outspent 10-to-1, then ran a campaign on the issues that matter most: healthcare, housing, and good jobs.
The takeaway is clear.
Thank you, Florida.
We didn’t get the result we fought for tonight. I’m not going to pretend that it doesn’t hurt.
But I want y’all to hear me. What we built together is REAL. Every door you knocked, every call you made, every dollar you gave and every friend you brought to the polls proved that working people in this state are ready for something better.
That movement isn’t going anywhere, and neither am I.
