In summer 2025, weeks before examinations for discovery in Equibit's CSIS lawsuit, former CEO Marc Godard tried to take control of the company. Over three months he and an ally called meeting after meeting and sent "resolutions" to Equibit's lawyers. Stated aims: end the defamation case against Christian Saucier, and make Godard the only channel between Equibit and its counsel. Each attempt failed — and left an email trail. First they convened a "shareholders' meeting" of Equibit Group AG, a Swiss company deleted from the register in 2023. Then they switched to Equibit Group Ltd., voting people who held no shares. They threatened Equibit's counsel with the Law Society of Ontario unless she treated them as the client. The company exercised its call option. Their shares were repurchased at fair market value of nil. On 31 Jul 2026 Equibit and Chris Horlacher issued CV-26-00015305-0000 against Godard. Process servers have been unable to locate him; family members at his address claim not to know who he is. equibitlawsuit.com/marc-goda… #EquibitLawsuit #CSIS #Evidence

"Just an accountant." When that line shows up around this record, it is not a social slight. It is a litigation tactic. Equibit Group's founder holds the legacy Chartered Accountant designation — the UFE-era CA. The profession has spent millions fighting the pencil-pusher caricature. In Ontario, only a licensed public accountant may sign an audit opinion. Capital markets run on those signatures. A better analogy: lawyer + advanced mathematics + MBA. Waving attestation-grade analysis away as bookkeeping lowers the temperature of uncomfortable facts — especially in a lawsuit against the Crown and a security service. equibitlawsuit.com/just-an-a… #EquibitLawsuit #CSIS #CharteredAccountant

Airwallex has refused to onboard Atlas Global Enterprises LLC — the New Mexico company that collects Chris Horlacher’s book royalties. Not a closure. No account was ever opened. After nine days of KYC, @airwallex said it cannot share its reasons and the outcome cannot be changed. KDP royalties have been stranded since Revolut closed the LLC’s account. Airwallex was on Amazon’s accepted-provider list. Two independent sponsoring banks (Lead Bank via Revolut/ARQ; Evolve via Airwallex) — same result. Logged next to the Revolut and Wise cut-offs as another door closing without explanation. equibitlawsuit.com/airwallex… #EquibitLawsuit #CSIS #Debanking

In the minutes before privileged calls with counsel, Chris Horlacher’s computer has repeatedly become unusable — often needing a forced restart. Two preserved artifacts: 1) Mar 31, 2026 — a process with a mojibake (garbled) name blocking shutdown 2) Jul 25, 2026 — File Explorer RPC failure, Windows error 1727 (RPC_S_CALL_FAILED_DNE) Read against earlier router analysis that flagged targeted device cuts and possible RAT presence, random software failure is a hard sell. equibitlawsuit.com/mojibake-… #EquibitLawsuit #CSIS #DigitalForensics

For half a century, governments in 120+ countries trusted a Swiss company with their most secret communications. Crypto AG was secretly owned by the CIA, for years with West Germany's BND. Machines sold to target states carried engineered flaws. In late 2018 and early 2019, while Equibit Group was trying to keep the company alive from Zug, Chris Horlacher walked past their headquarters several times without knowing what the building was. The truth came out in 2020. The CIA's own history called it "the intelligence coup of the century." equibitlawsuit.com/crypto-ag… #EquibitLawsuit #CSIS #Encryption

July 2025: the Crown's List of Documents listed no documents, and a s.38 application was "out of proportion to the costs of defending the action." Sept 2026: the Attorney General brought a s.38 application to keep information in the production secret, ex parte and in camera. What is CSIS still hiding? equibitlawsuit.com/csis-inte… #EquibitLawsuit #CSIS

In 2021 the AG pleaded it told Equibit "CSIS has no knowledge of the acts alleged." Now it says disclosing information redacted from the lawsuit's production would be injurious to national security (Federal Court, DES-14-26). equibitlawsuit.com/attorney-… #EquibitLawsuit #CSIS

Eight points across four Ontario files, each tied to a court filing, a forensic record, or an official report: 1⃣ OSC early engagement, then a different enforcement posture 2⃣ The lead developer and source code disappeared near commercial viability 3⃣ Years of technical compromises: routers, DNS, website integrity, authentication 4⃣ Successive de-banking during litigation 5⃣ Impersonation sites built on the company's name and the founder's likeness 6⃣ An impersonation site outranked the record 7⃣ Sachkov default liability and CAD 1,744,711 in damages, set aside in May 2023 8⃣ OIC file 5820-01949: complaint well founded on CSIS's improper withholding of responsive materials CV-20-00645492-0000 · CV-21-00654929-0000 · CV-26-00015305-0000 · CV-26-00017856-0000 equibitlawsuit.com/eight-red… #EquibitLawsuit #CSIS

Court File No. CV-26-00017856-0000. On 18 September 2026, ten days after the Statement of Claim issued, Ubitquity and Nathan Wosnack published a statement answering the pleading in public. It denies the allegations, promises a Statement of Defence "in due course," and reserves counterclaims. A press statement is not a pleading. It is not filed and it is not served. No Defence has been filed. Personal service has been attempted at his residence in Scarborough Village, Toronto. Process servers have attended, and he has not answered the door. He has not been served. The Rebel.com letter of 17 September was notice, not service. The claim pleads that the defendants registered and operated the impersonation sites equibit .io and equibit .net. equibitlawsuit.com/wosnack-s… #EquibitLawsuit #CSIS

On the record site. Equibit Group Ltd. ran a private Jitsi server for calls with counsel. Between 30 July 2025 and 26 May 2026 Fail2Ban recorded 5,622 SSH bans. The heaviest week was 22–27 February 2026, the same week as Anarchapulco. Bans resumed on 27 August 2026, before CV-26-00017856-0000 issued. The article analyzes the attack pattern in detail. equibitlawsuit.com/fail2ban-… #EquibitLawsuit #CSIS

Court File No. CV-20-00645492-0000. In 2022 Equibit Group Ltd. obtained default judgment against Sergei Sachkov, including an assessment of damages of $1,744,711. That judgment was later set aside. The record site sets out four problems in how that default was handled, now the subject of Canadian Judicial Council file 26-0478: • a denied proposition treated as an admission • Sachkov’s own account treated as the plaintiff’s allegation • the 2022 invasion of Ukraine used to explain a May 2021 default • an “honest belief” accepted with no inquiry The article is the public summary of that complaint, not a finding by the Council. equibitlawsuit.com/four-crit… #EquibitLawsuit #CSIS

Late 2021, on the record site. After moving to Mexico, Chris Horlacher was using @KeybaseIO on a Pixel running @GrapheneOS. On 25 October 2021 the account followed two users he did not know. On 3 December 2021 it followed two more. He did not do it. The article records what happened next. equibitlawsuit.com/keybase-c… #EquibitLawsuit #CSIS

Update on the de-banking record. On 5 October 2026 a Wise complaints officer closed the internal complaint. The letter does not identify a transaction, a false statement, or a document. She writes that an older profile on equibit .org was verified years ago with a Canadian ID, and that Wise flagged it as a duplicate when a newer profile was approved on 25 June 2026. She says that deactivation sent the closure notice. She denies a recent third-party registration. The decision to keep the accounts closed is final. The page records the next step as an application for a Norwich order, that process has already begun. equibitlawsuit.com/de-banked… #EquibitLawsuit #CSIS

22 June 2026, on the record site. Chris Horlacher’s Windows laptop played USB connect and disconnect sounds while the monitor resolution jumped for one or two seconds and then reverted. No USB device was plugged or unplugged. Windows then force-installed an Intel display driver dated March 2026, after updates had been paused. The Snipping Tool failed, then resumed after the failure was mentioned in an outside chat. The article treats that sequence as consistent with remote access that has already been logged and analyzed. equibitlawsuit.com/usb-plug-… #EquibitLawsuit #CSIS

Court File No. CV-20-00645492-0000. In April 2026 Sergei Sachkov emailed Chris Horlacher directly, on a 2020 thread, after default judgment had been entered and later set aside, and after discoveries in the CSIS action. He wrote that he had an offer, that it was not a trick, and that he would call from a forest trail so no one could hear. He said he was not comfortable meeting with lawyers present. Horlacher pointed him to counsel and offered the lawyers’ office. The walk did not happen. The mail is preserved. It is not a settlement. It is not a Defence. It is a direct approach during a represented proceeding. equibitlawsuit.com/strange-o… #EquibitLawsuit #CSIS

Court File No. CV-20-00645492-0000. The Information Commissioner’s final report on Chris Horlacher’s CSIS access requests is on the site. Five findings in that report sit against positions taken in the Attorney General’s defence: • responsive CSIS records exist • relevant material, including foreign-partner records, was withheld • the Commissioner documented ongoing operations or interest directed at Equibit and its founder • those findings contradict key assertions in the Statement of Defence • the report is independent corroboration for a production order The OIC report is not a judgment on the merits. It is an official finding on what CSIS holds. equibitlawsuit.com/five-thin… #EquibitLawsuit #CSIS

New on the record site. The public archive for the four Ontario actions was the subject of a takedown request. Equibit Group Ltd. has documented that request. That archive includes CV-26-00017856-0000 against Nathan Wosnack and Ubitquity, LLC — the claim that pleads the impersonation sites. The article also records that Wosnack, like Marc Godard in CV-26-00015305-0000, has not answered service. equibitlawsuit.com/wosnack-r… #EquibitLawsuit #CSIS

2013 Victoria legislature bomb plot. John Nuttall and Amanda Korody were convicted at trial. The conviction was overturned. The British Columbia courts found the RCMP, acting on CSIS intelligence, created the crime they then claimed to prevent. The article quotes the court describing “sustained and persistent” entrapment. That finding is why this file sits first among the ten cases on the site. equibitlawsuit.com/csis-and-… #EquibitLawsuit #CSIS

New on the site. CSIS and the RCMP have a public trail of cases in which courts and inquiries later found informant-driven plots, secret-evidence regimes, candour failures, and withheld material. The article walks ten of those files, with links to court documents and reporting, then sets out the pattern Equibit Group Ltd. says is relevant to its Ontario actions. equibitlawsuit.com/csis-and-… #EquibitLawsuit #CSIS
