To be featured in the OpenClaw section of Jensen Huang’s keynote at NVIDIA GTC was a surreal moment. What we’ve experienced afterwards has been even more surreal.
Yesterday, Jensen called OpenClaw the “operating system” for personal AI agents and said organisations will need an OpenClaw strategy.
And the coolest part: OpenClaw was built by Peter Steinberger, as open source.
In that OpenClaw section, frontira and our Lobster Lager project were featured. Lobster Lager is our playful but very real proof point of agentic AI in the physical world, with human approval gates at the critical steps.
If Lobster Lager can make it to GTC, you can build your thing too.

Claude has gotten good enough that you can build legit professional software for ~$20k in tokens, unfortunately the TAM for these products has also shrunk to $20k.

By the way, in case anyone was still wondering whether they are completely useless, Binance holds SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, and several other certifications.

Austria doing Austrian things. And then politicians are sitting on stages and talking about bringing the AI revolution to Europe, when they can't even get rid of the thinnest of red tape. teapawt.org/euacchq/status/2115843…

Funding rounds aren't milestones. It shouldn't be your goal to raise a series A. It should be your goal not to need to.
John says ~1% of Stripe's opex is currently spent on tokens. They have a roadmap for token spend to reach 15-20% of opex.
While every industry is different, he thinks opex in the 10%+ will be normal.
OpenAI’s @sama joined me at the pub (and had his first Guinness) to discuss the PHP exploit, math weekend at OpenAI, agent swarms, and how he thinks AI leads to deflation.

On iPhone, voice mode now works with Apple CarPlay. Ask Claude something on the drive and keep your hands on the wheel.

member of technical staff movement or why your current HR strategy needs to change
almost a decade+ ago while working in big tech i changed my visible title to "applied generalist" because this is basically how i thought about myself from the moment i was on the internet as a kid. i didn't jive with product management cuz i wasn't supposed to write code (ppl would look at you weirdly if you did this), & i hated the idea of being just an engineer because ppl would just treat you like a code monkey, & i hated being in design because ppl often just treated you as a pixel pusher.
legacy companies (which i now include big tech as part of) are still organized around highly specific roles like these + levels, & career ladders. i.e. your position in the hierarchy determines not only what you actually do but also how ppl interact with you.
i remember walking into meetings with VPs who didn't know how to treat me cuz they couldn't place me in a ladder due to my lack of an officially sanctioned title. & i absolutely hated this existence with a passion. being pigeonholed into a narrowly defined function felt like wearing a kind of straitjacket.
this is why the member of technical staff movement with ai companies is so damn necessary. if you as a company do not move towards a more general model like this, you will absolutely get left behind & alienate ppl who can perform across the spectrum.
