ConnectWise has spent years pushing overpriced, bloated software while bullying its way through the MSP industry. Now this. For a company in the cybersecurity business, this is embarrassing.
‼️ ALERT: Attackers used a compromised ConnectWise Cloud Backup credential to access 173 Microsoft 365 customer and partner tenants. The credential enabled Microsoft Graph access using existing app permissions, potentially exposing emails, files, and Teams data. Read - thehackernews.com/2026/10/ha…

The next cybersecurity threat might not be someone hacking your network. It might be AI doing it on its own. The scary part? AI could soon exploit vulnerabilities faster than we can respond. Your smart fridge might need an IT department. Welcome to the next era of cybersecurity.
JUST IN: Anthropic warns rogue AI agents could be just months away from infiltrating smart home devices, replicating themselves, & spreading across networks autonomously.

Hey @Apple did you snail mail my event invite? Tribeca is great to visit, let me know!

Glad to see people pushing back on Claude. Used to be a big fan, but it gets in its own way. Had a client ignore our advice on an AI rollout, make a mess, then expect us to clean it up. Glad we parted ways. No amount of money is worth compromising my principles. AI is the Wild West right now. Expensive lessons ahead.

Steve Jobs died 15 years ago today. My first computer was a Mac, and I still remember how different it felt. It made technology feel personal and made me curious about what else might be possible. Grateful for the ideas, the details, and the standard he set. 1955–2011

This looks incredible.
Introducing dots, powered by GPT-6 Astra. Remarkably capable, always-on agents built to handle everything.

Apple replacing 5,000 support employees with AI? Bold move considering Siri still needs me to repeat myself three times.

$72 trillion seems reasonable. I might have downloaded at least $11 trillion worth of Linkin Park.
just a reminder the music industry tried to sue us for $72 trillion back in the day. like lol does that number even exist? still not paying

There’s still hope for middle-aged IT guys everywhere.

I’ve been waiting for Microsoft to start doing more with Copilot. Less talking, more doing. Let’s see if it lives up to the hype.
Okay Microsoft, now we’re talking. Copilot is moving from “help me write this email” to “go get this work done.” For SMBs already living in Microsoft 365, this could get interesting fast. AI can finally do more than summarize the meeting nobody wanted to attend. 😂

Wow! Can’t wait to watch this one.

Then give us a nano texture screen iPhone.
JUST IN: Apple’s hardware chief says seeing people put screen protectors on their iPhones “makes my skin crawl.”

It has already led to mediocrity. Little innovation from Apple from the last several phone releases.
Apple’s new focus on influencers for events and product “reviews” — people who say nothing but positive things and never ask a legitimate question of Apple executives in exchange for free devices, travel and more, is a serious issue. This echo chamber will lead to mediocrity.

I think this is the first @Apple launch of a new iPhone where I didn’t see models completely sold out and order dates pushed out. Did they just have a huge inventory to sell, or are they not selling as many?

Kind of weird that this is the first time I’m not getting a new iPhone. Waiting on the Duo for this next one.
One more sleep. iPhone 18 Pro, Apple Watch Ultra 4, and Series 12 arrive tomorrow ⌛️

I thought this movie was so cool growing up. And somehow I ended up in IT.

Proof of ASI? I find it hard to believe AGI hasn’t been around for months, maybe even years.
We’re sharing a solution to the Navier-Stokes Millennium Prize Problem, one of the deepest problems at the frontier of mathematics. The proof was produced by a group of agents, using an OpenAI next-generation model significantly more capable than GPT-6 Astra. The problem concerns whether the description of smooth three-dimensional fluid motion modeled by the Navier-Stokes equations can break down. It has remained unresolved for roughly 90 years.
