Dear @RepJeffries, pls do not extend the PTC. That money goes directly to the big insurance companies. The law allows them to keep 15pct of the 26b as profit. But it gets worse.
They can game that number with their subsidiaries.
They will deny care and make patients fight to get the care they need.
With or without the PTC the deductibles are unaffordable, and the max patient OOP is worse. If you can't pay the deductible, all you did is give the money for free to the insurance companies that we should break up
What should we do ? See my next week for some suggestions
Leader Jeffries: We also need to extend the ACA tax credits, which have resulted in tens of millions of folks losing health care or being forced to pay premiums that, in some cases, have increased by up to $1000 or more a month. These are working class Americans, or middle-class Americans, who are having to bear the brunt of this dramatic increase in health care costs.
Well said! Mmtlp
MMTLP investors made their trading decisions based on the first Corporate Action which was posted for a full 46.3 hours.
The 12/8/22 revision was only live for 2 hours and 48 minutes before trading in MMTLP ended forever.
Even if every holder knew the revision took place the moment it did (which they didn't), how is less than 3 hours a reasonable amount of time to make a financial decision that will potentially impact you for the next 4 years?

58%. $2.13 trillion. 18 years.
Three numbers that explain why market transparency deserves a much bigger conversation.
58%: The proportion of American adults who reported owning stocks in Gallup’s April 2026 survey, down from 62% in 2025. That includes investments through mutual funds and retirement accounts. Market integrity matters to ordinary families building their future. [source 1 below]
$2.13 trillion: The reported value of short positions across US and Canadian equities in July 2026, according to reporting citing S3 Partners. Short selling serves legitimate purposes. At this scale, transparent and reliable records should be a basic expectation. How much of this figure is a measure of illegal activity? [2]
18 years: The span from Congress’s 2010 Dodd-Frank mandate for greater short-sale transparency to the first Form SHO filings now scheduled for February 2028. These filings go to the SEC; public disclosure will be aggregated, rather than identifying individual managers’ positions. [3]
Against that backdrop, Greg McCabe’s appearance with @cvpayne Charles Payne brings an important shareholder issue to a wider audience.
Nearly four years after the MMTLP trading halt, shareholders continue to seek clarity about their holdings and how the records reconcile.
I’m proud that Next Bridge Hydrocarbons has engaged BlueLedger as its first issuer client to independently examine fragmented securities records and investigate potential discrepancies.
Our responsibility is to distinguish documented facts from analytical findings and unanswered questions. A discrepancy requires investigation; it does not, by itself, establish wrongdoing, in this case the data is screaming off the pages.
Next Bridge is asking for answers that shareholders can verify.
The broader principle is straightforward: an issuer should be able to trace its securities, and an investor should be able to understand the ownership recorded in their account.
Transparency becomes meaningful when the records can be reconciled.
Follow the security. See what doesn’t match.

🚨🚨WALL STREET WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A MARKETPLACE FOR COMPANIES INVESTORS
Wall Street brought investors and companies together. It was mutually beneficial. Investors were able to invest their pension and savings in companies and innovation they believed in. Giving them an opportunity to grow their money by bringing products to market.
Companies could go public giving them access to a large pool of investors so they could raise capital and grow.
This also grew the overall economy.
Now Wall Street is nothing more than a Ponzi scheme a rigged casino.
Large firms use high speed algorithms that can manipulate markets in nanoseconds.
It's no longer about growing innovation and the economy. It's about stealing from companies and it's investors.
WALL STREET MAKES MORE MONEY BANKRUPTING COMPANIES THAN GROWING THEM‼️

I want to see the numbers.
We are proud to welcome Next Bridge Hydrocarbons [@nbhydrocarbons] as BlueLedger's first issuer client, engaging us to provide an independent analysis of fragmented securities records and investigate potential discrepancies in their security's global trading.
As Next Bridge Hydrocarbons Chairman and CEO Greg McCabe joins Charles Payne [@cvpayne] on Fox Business to discuss MMTLP, BlueLedger supports the call for greater transparency and accountability in public markets.
On July 28, Next Bridge published transfer-agent records identifying shares registered to brokerage firms. Those figures raised an important question: whether registered holdings reconcile with the positions reflected in shareholders' brokerage accounts.
But identifying a potential discrepancy was only the beginning. Understanding it requires tracing records across institutions, corporate actions, security identifiers, and timelines while accounting for how different systems record ownership.
This is the challenge BlueLedger is actively solving for public companies.
Our current investigative work applies an evidence-led methodology to examine fragmented securities records, trace inconsistencies, and distinguish documented facts from unresolved questions.
We are developing an AI-powered platform designed to connect market records across venues and jurisdictions, identify discrepancies, reconstruct a security's history, and preserve traceable evidence for further investigation.
Nearly four years after the December 2022 trading halt, MMTLP shareholders deserve meaningful answers grounded in verifiable evidence. A shareholder should not need a television interview to get clarity on what they own.
And this challenge extends far beyond one security.
Issuers should be able to understand what happens to their securities throughout their lifecycle. Shareholders deserve confidence in the integrity of the systems recording their investments. Regulators, legal counsel, and investigators need evidence they can independently examine.
We support Greg McCabe and Next Bridge in bringing these concerns to a wider audience. Our responsibility is to follow the evidence - wherever it leads.
Market transparency should not depend on CEOs and shareholders spending years piecing together fragmented records.
Follow the security. See what doesn't match.

Not sure if this is true, but i like it :)
My coworker spent one year in Tennessee.
He came back to Tokyo two months ago.
He is not the same man.
He says "y'all" in meetings. To our boss.
He holds the door for the entire floor. Twelve people. Every morning.
He asked the convenience store clerk how her day was going. She had to sit down.
He calls every man "bud." Including the CEO.
He refuses to describe anything under three hours away as "far."
He waves at drivers who let him cross. One driver waved back and almost hit a pole.
Last week, he told a junior employee, "I'm proud of you."
She went to the restroom and cried for ten minutes.
We thought it would wear off.
It didn't. It's spreading.
Three people in accounting now say "y'all."
The junior employee holds the door.
The convenience store clerk asks HIM how his day is going.
Tennessee, I don't know what you did to him.
Please do it to the rest of us.
