Gotham Citizen: I like Batman, but The Joker also makes some good points.
An eternal thank you to Sir Patrick Stewart for elevating Star Trek to a place no one thought possible
Thank you for Professor Xavier. Thank you for Captain Ahab. Thank you for the roles I never saw and the ones I can't think of right now
A legend that touched millions of lives
"We've made too many compromises already; too many retreats. They invade our space and we fall back. They assimilate entire worlds and we fall back. Not here! This far, no further! And I will make them pay!"

The fake insiders and the fake scoopers that have been repeating the same lies over and over for years now have never been down so bad

The best starting point for DCU Batman is similar to early 90s continuity: Tim Drake newly minted as Robin and Bruce has an estranged relationship with Dick Grayson, early into becoming Nightwing
Starting with Damian as Robin and an instantly microwaved Batfamily is a bad idea.

How it will feel if the DCU mistakenly starts with Damian Wayne as Robin instead of early career Tim Drake
Gotham star David Mazous says he wants to play Damian Wayne aka Robin in James Gunn's DCU
"I would love to be a member of the bat family." 🦇

This is from Batman: Legends of the Dark Knight #28-30 "Faces" by the great @MattWagnerComic
It's a personal favorite of mine. I have all three issues individually, and the trade paperback; even though I don't collect many physical issues. It's just that damn good

Last Jedi is better than all 3 prequels please get real
Replying to @sigma_joker
The prequels, flawed as they are, were created with a vision and added a lot of new life to the SW universe. Say what you want about them, but the ideas were there, even if the execution was imperfect. The same cannot be said of the sequels.
Makes sense. Constantine debuted in Swamp Thing, plays an extremely important role in helping unlock is true powers, introduced Swampy to the Parliament of Trees, etc
Abbie Arcane is another vital human character that needs to be in the film
And I selfishly want Chester too ☮️
Miami Vice 🌴 😎 S1: E4 & E5 "Calderone's Return"
Another nearly cinematic two-parter that rightfully ranks among the very best episodes of the series
"Money paid for blood is paid in person." is a Crockett line that hits hard
E3 is alright. Guest stars Ed O'Neill (Al Bundy)

The prequels are secretly genius because you can match cut over the shoulder shots you dumb fucking idiots 😎
I would highly recommend "Nutshell" by Alice In Chains for The Batman: Part II
"We chase misprinted lies
We face the path of time
And yet I fight, and yet I fight
This battle all alone
No one to cry to
No place to call home"
The main Robin of the DCU ought to be Tim Drake
He's the best Robin because he earned it every single step of the way
Dick was selected for it. Jason blew it. Damian is a genetically modified nepobaby
Tim used his brilliance to get the job and never stopped improving himself
"Tim Drake has the best tactical mind of any partner I've worked with. His knowledge and experience are vital."
—Batman in Rise of the Batmen
Detective Comics #934
There was a two-year gap between the original 85 episodes of Batman: The Animated Series and when the show returned as The New Batman Adventures for a third season
The mainline Batman title (or even just a limited series) written by @MattWagnerComic and drawn by @kelleyjonesart (both legends who have been doing great work together on an indy Dracula series!)
